The lobby looked cool.
Seems they spent all their money making the lobby and lounge area look cool. Hallways and rooms looked like they were from a totally different hotel. Dinghy. Industrial neighborhood. Two cops outside lobby more than once. Bathroom was awful. Toilet barely worked and faucet sprayed all over. Maid walked in our room when we were inside. Don’t know why. Photos online are misleading.

It was accesible to major freeways and had plenty of parking The hotel decor is different, gothic style but modern and too dark for me. Not sure where they got the decor of the hotel from but it is different on taste. Other than that a comfortable hotel. Bed was good with amenities of a standard hotel. Staff was friendly.

The woman at the desk was helpful and pleasant. We only saw her on the day we came in. The rest of the staff on the desk were not very friendly .

BEDS! The main thing you need at a room is a good night sleep. My floor at home is about the same as those beds.
The staff was very nice. The rooms were decent and clean.
The hallways have low ceilings and smell like bad carpet deodorant trying to mask mold and tobacco and other nasty stuff. The elevator on the sixth floors does not stop at the right height and twice I tripped stepping into it. The breakfast buffet was on the low end of mediocre.

My room was it cleaned and I stopped a housekeeper to ask her to clean the room she couldn't speak English so I had to show her everything I wanted done.
The staff was great and very accommodating. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when our reservations were messed up. She got the issue taken care of and seemed very happy to help. The rooms were very clean. We were very happy with our experience.
The beds were not very comfortable. This was the only complaint my family had. We booked two rooms and the complaints on the beds were in both rooms.
