BUGS IN THE ROOM!!!
We travel a lot and used to stay here a few times within the past year. It was very clean, well stocked, good costumer service, and overall good value for your money. However, recently management changed and the Hotel went downhill.
We had BUGS in our room. They looked like half roaches half bed bugs. Disgusting. This was unacceptable. They did end up changing our rooms, but all the rooms ended up being poorly stocked (in one room they didn’t put towels), and with suboptimal hygiene. The customer service went from good to horrible. The supervisor was rude and unprofessional. She did not want to be bothered by costumers.

I was only looking for a place to sleep for myself and my girls as we had an early flight out of DIA. It worked for this purpose.
Most hotels I have stayed at recently have had the USB charging ports in the lamps and such, this one didn't which made it difficult as we had to pull out several wall plugs and figure out logistics. The hotel was intended to be just a place to rest and without this upgrade it made the morning a little more hectic than it should have been. Also nothing was explained except the lights. Not where any of the pool or weight room were or the even the vending machines or ice maker. I find this useful information even if not used.
