Stay was great both the kids and the wife had a great time at the pool and bowling and staff was really helpful. Except for a couple of incidents smooth stay.
2 of the issues we had were: 1. They double booked our room so in the middle of putting our kids down for a nap a complete stranger walked in our room. He was extremely apologetic about the incident but that to me was a big issue that should’ve never happened. Second issue was house keeping just opening the door to our room while my wife was in her sleeping clothes and I was in my boxers. No knock or anything just opened the door and asked if we were checking out. Obviously we weren’t with the babies sleeping and my wife and I trying to relax.
The location and place was perfect. Lots to do in one location.
Our room smelled like mildew, the carpet floor was wet. I called for some to come and take a look and they said it will dry up and they didn’t notice the smell. Unfortunately no other rooms were available ?? And we were too tired to look for another hotel.
Room was clean.
Smoke-filled casino had a terrible odor that wreaked around the whole building. Resort fee was in the fine print, and made the value decline substantially. Hotel ended up being 80 bucks per night. Could’ve stayed at countless other casinos with nicer rooms for half the price.
The Medley buffet has great food. The movie theater was comfortable. The live band was awesome. Everything (except shopping) right on site.
Cleaner rooms. Also we had a nonsmoking room and the hallway smelled of weed
The Medley was good, with a great selection of food and quality service. It was easy to get to everything from there.
I hate the practice of resort fees. It's dishonest.
The property seems to be in good hands as the property looks very clean
Needs a remodel.

Great hotel
The hotel was clean, the casino was large there were a lot of slots to play. Also staff was friendly for signing up for their member card we got a complimentary buffet we chose brunch the food was good. The hotel room was clean, beds were very comfortable, coffee in the room was a plus.
Only thing I would have liked would have been the pool to have longer hours.
