Location is good. Price is quite cheap.
There were a lot of ants. The AC was quite old and loud.

Proximity to everything. People were nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. They had coffee in the morning. The landscaping was very well kept up with.
The back side of the building wasn't very impressive and that is what you see when you drive up. The room was small. Other than that, everything was fine. Parking was a little tight but still sufficient.

It was so convenient; being in a excellent location. It was very clean and had modest physical replacements to a older quaint hotel. It I is nice to wake up with freshly made coffee in the lobby. Convenient parking. Quiet location for a good nights rest. Great price for modest hotel. Considerate staff

I liked how quiet it was for the overall stay.
I had to wait till 3pm to check in when I stated I would be there before noon.

The staff were very friendly and room service was available when requested. The price was pretty great as well. A good hotel for someone staying for a few days.
There was an ant problem in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and my floors appeared as though they haven't been swept in a while. It would have been nice to have breakfast available too.
