TV in room was malfunctioning, staff said nothing could be done until maintenance returned the next day. We asked if we could be moved to another room, staff said they didn’t have any other room

Good morning I wait almost 2 hours for he shutel and the worst no answer the phone..........even the police try to help with his phone no way to answer, by the time they answer and were suppost to send the bus inmediatly I wait another 45 minute. I suggest you do not keep this hotel on your page. Thanks and I really hope they get better specialy the drivers and the people at te counter.
Older hotel that has been updated. Very multicultural which we enjoyed. Great location close to Miami Airport.

The rooms were pretty cleaned for the most part. The cleaning crew did a good job.
The stairs going up to our room are very old. It seemed as if they were going to break. The breakfast was another thing my family and I did not enjoy. Everything did not seem fresh except for the apples. The bread and cereal tasted old.
THE PLACE IS NICE. I HVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 25 YEARS. THE RATES ARE QUITE REASONABLE
THE BATH ROOMS NEED ATTENTION. BATH TUBS SHOULD HAVE HAND RAILS INSTALLED AND NON SLIP RUBBER MATS PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN AND ELDERLY. ALSO THE BREAKFAST NEEDS TO BE MORE ORGANIZED. IT WAS A FREE FOR ALL AND TOO MUCH CONGESTION AND TOO MUCH GRABBING AND TOO MANY TAKING BREAKFAST OUT JUST FOR GREED OR FOR SOME OUTSIDER OR VISITOR.
