Beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great
The previous occupants must of vomited on the floor near the bed it could’ve been cleaned a lot better since I almost stepped on someone else’s dry vomit. Other than that everything was great.

I like the location of the hotel. I was in close proximity to several well rated restaurants and sights.
There were several roaches found in the room. Noticed some stains on the bedding. The toilet was dirty. Checkout dates were mixed up so had a bit of difficulty trying to sort that out. Lastly, upon checking out I was charged for parking although I did not have a vehicle. It was eventually settled but a hassle to waste of time getting it taken vare of.

The customer service was very bad. I tried several times to reach the front desk without success. The wifi and cable were both out our entire stay. Parking was not included in the price as indicated. Valet service was not communicated with so we had issues getting our car several times. I would not stay in this hotel again.
