I loved the staff! They were kind, helpful and responsive. They largely made up for the general awfulness of the place. It was easy to find and not as loud as I thought it was going to be.

-the melted wax on the top sheet on one bed -the most uncomfortable mattress on the planet on the second bed; the kind where you're certain a bedspring is going to poke you in the rear -the wifi was unusable It's clear that there is a 'corporatizing' of the place with the large 'traveling' photos and newish laminate flooring. However, the fact that there were very odd holes in the ceiling by the sink, the holes in the bathroom door (from punches or kicks) had been covered over with particle board, the frame torn apart by what looked like a dog in the distant past, the very old and battered second or tenth-hand furniture, and otherwise general rundown nature of the place made me actually say 'that's like putting lipstick on a pig'.

The staff were friendly

was told free breakfast however they only make one batch of waffle mix and told us they always run out. we werent able to eat any o n alll the days we were there. also one day a customer said he had the last waffle but there was No syrup they were out. We got a NON smoking room and it reaked of smoke and the smoke came through the bathrooo from somewhere else, the bathtub had peeling hole in it and cracks, it was very dirty walls, doors tub. We asked for extra blankets and they ONLY could find one they told us. We asked for the bottom floor and were given one upstairs with me having scoliosis and I told them and still they didn't accomodate that. the carpets can be cleaned were old with stains. Only 2 towels were given, the toilette had issues and even backed up they came and plunged it and used a snake on it. and then left with yucky water dripping on the floor and toilette, I had to clean that as well. We asked for a room with 2 beds and were only given a room with one bed, but the kids slept on the floor.

The a/c worked great. And the cable tv was nice.

Well where do i start....they advertise the wrong price of the room on their invite sign...way overpriced, people hanging out wondering around. Random. Almost everyperson i walked by asked me for drugs or let me know they have them for sale. Slept good, woke up to eat breakfast they have set out. NO MILK! ASKED FOR MORE THEY SAID NO. Wouldnt stay agian.

It was a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke. The towels were stained. The room should be repainted.
