The staff were very friendly.
The room was basically a closet, the fact that it cost almost $250 and another $38 for parking is absolutely absurd. It's also terribly outdated. I would've stayed somewhere else had I known how disappointing and overpriced the room was.
Bathrooms are tiny. The tub is high which made it difficult for our more senior friends to get into the shower. It was really clean and would be great for business and did offer a good value for a downtown hotel.
Not even a chair for sitting. Too small a room. Bath faucet needed fixing.
Lovely Hotel, Great Location
The staff at the Executive Hotel Pacific were fantastic. They were helpful with recommendations and with ensuring my husband and I got to the airport on time for our (very early) flight. The room itself was just fine. We are used to smaller hotel rooms like this one, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. The bed was comfy, the room was clean—we had everything we needed. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to the Pike Place Market, among many other things.
Because the hotel is old, the rooms aren't as sound proof as I would have liked. We could hear a lot of banging and shuffling in the room next to ours. Thankfully it didn't impact us getting good sleep, but it was something I noticed.
Paper thin walls
Umbrellas in the lobby. Friendly staff!
Tiny rooms, entire facility could use a face lift. Elevators don't stop at floor level so you're either lugging your suitcase up or down a level to get onto the elevator.
Not Bad Hotel.
Location to Century Link Field was good. Good location to other amenities. The bar downstairs was really good.
Rooms were small and dated.
Hot and noisy
Location make it convenient to get around downtown.
Room was very warm with no way to turn down the heat or cool it off and guests in the room next door talking all night made it hard to sleep.
Very clean and nice, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in down town.
Mediocre At Best
The location wasn't bad.
It had long hairs on the bathroom walls. There was a long piece of scotch tape on the walls. I found out the next morning when I'd gotten up to go to my meeting the clock in the room was 1 1/2 hours off the time. I set the alarm for 6am and got up, unknowingly at 4:30 in the morning because the clock was wrong.
Great location with in walking distance of Pike Place Market and restaurants.
Small bathroom. Room looks tired.
Location is great and the price is good.
The rooms were tiny and pretty well worn.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The walls of the room were scuffed up.
elevators were very old and noisy
I did not like anything in the hotel
It was extremely cramped feeling, the bath is tiny and cramped, the room was so hot I could not sleep, even with the window cracked and the staff provided a fan, it was still very hot because they have the one unit heater running for the entire hotel. I checked out the very next day and went to the Sheraton hotel.
Convenient access to downtown and parking. Organic toiletries a plus!!
Room was stuffy, no bathroom fan.
The location is great! Near everything downtown and only one block of Light Rail to reach Tacoma Airport. The staff is very friendly and provide all information you need to see the city. Many thanks to Stanley!
They do not have breakfast.
location, rooms & service ,price
The comfort and cleanliness of the room
The coffee and milk were not replenished after the 1st night so we were unable to have coffee on the 2nd morning
Small very outdated rooms. Could not use my own hair dryer because it would blow out the circuits! No heat in rooms. We were given a space heater to use. Would have changed hotels, but there was a convention in town and none were available.
Location, Staff were very helpful
Desk lamp in room, ice machine, and soda machine on floor did not work. No elevator at lobby. Electrical wiring in room inadequate.
The location was great. They were open for a last minute booking. The bed was so comfortable
The room was smaller than I expected for the price.
