The front desk lady was nice
Hotel is out dated. I booked a room with a tub and didn’t get one when I checked it. Elevators took forever to come. Seemed like a 1 star hotel

The staff was top notch. Breakfast was great every morning. Bar food was also good.
Bed was a little uncomfortable. Room was too warm AC was turned off because it was December I assumed. But our room stayed at 78 degrees. Much to hot for good sleeping.

Good intentions
The staff when I spoke with them was helpful and professional. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The hotel is relatively new, but kind of on the edge of a good area. Breakfast was good each morning that I was there.
Called the hotel several times during my travel to the location due to airline issues. Phone rang as many as 50 times with no one picking up. Same thing happened when I called the front desk from my room. Not sure what the issue was since the staff was always courteous and helpful when I interacted with them in person. Room was only cleaned 2 out of the 4 days that I was there even though I was out of the room from either mid-morning until late night or early morning until dinner each day. Not in the hotel's control, but construction site across the street is very loud. Sleeping in on a weekday not really an option.
