Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.

Unacceptable. TSA precheck is a convenience for passengers and, more importantly, an added level of security for TSA personnel. Prechecked passengers have already been background screened. These passengers are known safe entities in an uncertain security environment. Each person prechecked is one less security threat TSA needs to assess, meaning TSA can focus more effort on potential threats. Denying a precheck customer precheck status makes everyone's life more difficult. Fix your system, then train employees on how to appropriately deal with these issues."

If I could give advice to anybody flying on Spirit Airlines, I would tell them to pay attention to details. Ask about BAGGAGE. It cost more to carry 1 bag than it cost to carry myself. A little work pn my end might have changed that. I can say, you might be shocked by the discount, but you will make it up in the baggage. One other thing, I'm handicapped, they assigned me seat 31A on the way to Baltimore. I don't know what a febel man with a cane and stressed breathing is told that is a window seat. It is the very last row on the aircraft in a corner with NO WINDOW. I think they could use a lot of work on communication between the ground crew and the air crew. If the ground crew sets you up for failure, the air crew has to try to make for it. You aren't dealing with rats. My flight to Baltimore was the worst I ever had my flight home was the best."

There are rules they are willing to bend at times to benefit the airline, however if you ask for exceptions as a guest they give push back and overall has very little concern about me and a small child getting home."
