Cons: "I thought the cost of putting luggage in the hold was excessive."
Cons: "not being on the plane!"
Pros: "When purchasing of ticket it hide that there is not a complimentary first bag check. To find out at the airport check-in that have to pay additional $190 ($95x2) to already paid price, I feel extremely cheated. According to Iceland Air, its the 3rd party/ Kayak's fault for hiding. I told them they are the one who are using 3rd party to sell tickets so the responsibility goes to both sides."

Pros: "They brilliantly board passengers with window seats first! The seats are roomy and the lighting above the storage bins is a nice touch."
Pros: "I booked Economy Comfort, but the plane's configuration was such that I had effectively a Saga (business) class seat. It was overall very comfortable. Service was excellent, with free meals and beverages (champagne excepted). The seatback video was large, clear, and had a lot of content, including lots of tourism-promotion videos. Economy Comfort gets you access to the Saga lounge in KEF, which was very nice."
Cons: "The tray in the armrest, when opened, was too close for comfort. It did swing away, but then was at an angle. The seat of the passenger in front of me was somewhat broken in that it leaned back at an angle."
Cons: "Are you serious? I fly to Europe, and the bag doesn't even make it out of Iceland? In fact, dozens of people didn't get their bags? They never put them on the plane? How does this happen? I am in London meeting with clients... and all I have is a sweatsuit. I don't have time to go buy new clothes, so I will look like an idiot in front of my boss and our clients. Thanks a lot Icelandair."

Pros: "Movies choices, free checked bag"
Cons: "Lack of complimentary inflight snacks"
Pros: "The bump was easy and smooth. Got me to Paris at roughly the same time."
Pros: "The on demand movies and shows"
Cons: "Paying for headphones"
Pros: "I liked the in flight movie selection."
Cons: "There were so many things wrong with our flight from Gatwick to NYC. The check in staff were rude and homophobic at check in, forcing my partner and I to separate for check in while we watched heterosexual partners check in together freely. The disabled toilet alarm broke as we descended into NYC and we listened to end-of-the-world death sirens as we were landing. It was not communicates that food was a microtransaction on flight and was so overpriced so we went nearly 13 hours without food because the flights were also delayed on the tarmac. The de-icing tow truck in Iceland was broken down so we were delayed two hours on the layover. On return, both Icelandair gates opened late. During the layover we were kettled in hot container units before 20 min before being bussed to the plane and held for 15 minutes. Then, the icing on the cake was landing back at Gatwick and seeing my brand new luggage I bought on the trip damaged with thr back pocked ripped out along the bottom seam. I will never again ride with these rude, price-gouging, apathetic amateurs."

Cons: "The food was not good and there was very little in way of tv entertainment."
Pros: "I liked that pillows, blankets and headphones were provided."
Cons: "Boarding was a cluster (mainly because the lines were unorganized)."
Cons: "Boarding process was disorganized and no announcement was made about paper boarding passes and not accepting electronic ones. The seats were very cramped"
Pros: "Chief of the cabin"
Cons: "Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff."
Cons: "Boarding was a disaster that took an extra 30 min"
Pros: "Crew was superb!! Very attentive and extremely willing to help people when called upon."

Pros: "Encouraged to take the pillows home they were nice"
Cons: "Headphone jacks that work would have been nice. 6.5hr flight without sound! The crew disappeared and would only give half cups of water when asked for. ALCOHOL not just wine and warm beer."
Pros: "Smooth flight, easy boarding."
Cons: "My bags cost more than the flight. Long line at Pasport check."
Pros: "loved the pillow and the blanket and the movie options"
Pros: "Overall was ok gor a very cheap flight considering it is not a lowcoster."
Cons: "Very incomfortable seats. Hardly reclign, no leg room. I am 5’8” and slim and it was tight."
Cons: "bumping and no coffee"
Cons: "Very warm in cabin, no means of controlling air flow. Seat space very cramped. Very tall person next to me in my space"
Cons: "I am an Asian woman. After seeing the person who is a Caucasian man set next to me used the toile right in front of our seat twice during the flight, I went to use it. Just as I was entering the toilet a flight attendant yelled at me saying: "you can’t use this toilet. It’s for privileged people. You have to go to the end of the aircraft and use that one!" Then 10 minuets later another caucasian man seated behind me went to use the toilet right in front me without any problem."
Pros: "Great flight, friendly and helpful crew."
Cons: "Didn’t connect to entertainment didnt"
Pros: "The crew was personable and was kind at the transfer desk in Lisbon."
Cons: "No USB hole, flight was so delayed that I missed my connection. I like JetBlue better than TAP."
Cons: "Not getting new business configuration"
Pros: "You can charge your devices (only in one plains from London to Portugal)"
Cons: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"
Cons: "On any international flight I've been on in the past one checked bag has always been complimentary. This is the first time I was surprised by a checked luggage fee of $85. Considering my wife and I were already at the airport, we had no choice but to pay for our checked bags – resulting in almost $380 in luggage fees for our round trip flights. This restriction was buried on the ticket purchase information – a very sneaky move that cost us significantly. Won't be flying TAP Air Portugal again!"
Pros: "Liked connections and price. Nice crew."
Cons: "There was a hefty charge to reserve seats which wasn’t clearly mentioned on the Justfly website. Knee room was the tightest I’ve had on a commercial flight. The seats barely reclined which is important on an overnight flight."
Pros: "Very nice flight. Complimentary wine, meals and movies. We were in Economy Plus so the leg room was quite good."
Pros: "overall good service; seats are full recline leaning type, which isn't the most comfortable solution, but ok."
Cons: "TAP connecting flight was three hours late"
Pros: "Flight was only 15 minutes late"
Cons: "Food and drink (esp. non-alcoholic) is terrible. Not offering a vegetarian option - even on short haul - is ridiculous in the 21st century."
Cons: "The flight was oversold and we got bumped off with 20 other passengers even though we had all booked months in advance. I’m still not in Marrakech, now a flight to New Jersey. I’m so sad and it’s my wedding anniversary."
Cons: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."
Cons: "Seats are very tight had more room on earlier jet blue flight"
Cons: "I don't think I have ever rated any service negatively, but here's my first. TAP completely ruined my birthday trip that I have saved up for a long time for. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! I had a valid Schengen tourist visa issued by the Consulate of Portugal. At the time of visa issuance, the printer of the Consulate was not functioning, so part of the visa information was hand-written, but it was properly signed and stamped. The Consulate told me it's valid and said they have been doing so for ten years. The Consulate also said that they, not the airlines, have the sole authority to determine the validity of the visa. When I went to the airport to check in with TAP, TAP staff denied me boarding because they did not believe my visa was valid. I only learned later that this action was inconsistent with TAP's own internal policies. The staff at the kiosk told me that I could either ask for a refund or rebooking of the ticket. But when I called TAP the next day, I was told I could not get a refund even though they should not have denied me boarding. I called TAP many times and got a different answer each time. They simply refuse to compensate me for their own mistake. It's the most horrible travel experience I've ever had!"
Cons: "Flight got canceled and delayed, staffs very mean and unprofessional"
Pros: "They broke my bag, it took them over 3 months to answer my complaint and then they said that the Manufacturer would take care of it. On top of that they made me pay to check on my bag for each flight, including connections, and they didn’t even reimburse that"
Cons: "Business flat seats quite restrictive"
Pros: "I liked the foot rests and leg room. The gluten-free meal was wonderful."
Cons: "Although I had a delicious gluten-free dinner roll with the main meal, I was served a soggy rice cracker for breakfast. Why not another roll?"
Cons: "Leg room was NOT enough. Had an altercation with the person sitting in front of me when she wanted to recline her seat."
Pros: "Cabinstaff were friendly and professional"
Cons: "Never made this flight"
Pros: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Cons: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"
Cons: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."
Pros: "Seats felt smaller than most international flights"
Cons: "Rock hard seats. Surly stewardess. Mediocre to poor food."
Pros: "Paid a bit more for roomier seats up front and worth it. Seemed like newer aircraft with "leather" seats and better padding than the older aircrafts."
Pros: "very rude empoyees at check in"
Pros: "Overall flight was smooth and crew seemed nice."
Cons: "Flight was delayed leaving Boston due to an ac problem. In the end they got it squared away but we sat on the plane for an hour at the gate with absolutely no air flow and it was pretty uncomfortable. Feel as though they should've come around and gave waters, etc to passengers. Also could have improved the selection of in flight entertainment, not many offerings"
Pros: "Comfortable seat"
Cons: "No lounge airside at Lisbon airport, no shops open that early in the morning"
Pros: "I tot was nice that the flight was not completely full so that we could have a little bit of room"
Cons: "Second connecting flight was very rough. We thought that this would be the shorter, easier flight but it was not"
Pros: "Everything was good"
Cons: "I enjoyed flying with tap"
Pros: "Free blanket, pillow, headphones, and wine! Flight was on time, no one weighed or measured carry on bags."
Cons: "Tight seats for an international flight!"
Pros: "Good price. Fast, friendly crew."
Cons: "Incredibly tiny seats."
Pros: "The food was good and the seats were very comfortable. The selection of moves was alright. The crew was very gracious despite all the problems with boarding."
Cons: "The boarding process could not have been worse. Both legs were delayed because of bag issues. One leg a significant portion of us had to get off the flight because there was not room for all the luggage. They made me a check my carry on bag because it was over small mediocre weight requirement even though lots of people had heavier bags. Then they LOST that bad for 2 days and it was a nightmare getting it back in another country. The second leg, a person whose bag was on board was unaccounted for, so we were delayed again."
