All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.

Pros: "The crew on my flight from Dallas to Denver did nothing about the obnoxious children (6 & 9yrs old) behind me who kept screaming, yelling & kicking my seat & the one next to me. The little boy behind my neighbor stood up & hit the man on the head."

This all happened in about 15min & my flight was called to board during all this chaos but because the woman making the announcements did not speak very good English I along with several others missed our flights. When i went to customer service to rebook my flight they tried to charge me $100 to rebook!!!!! Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. So i ended up spending $150 on a hotel room that i couldn't really afford. I WILL NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN."

The seats are some of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I've ever had to force myself to sit in for four hours. To be generous, they are plastic chairs with a thin foam/leather cover over the top that don't recline and have tiny armrests and tiny tray tables. The crew has never gone out of their way to assist me without an eye roll. Every flight I've been on has gum and other unidentifiable piles mashed into the carpet. The planes never seem to handle turbulence well. I, like many other reviewers, was taken by surprise when charged for my carry-on bag. Obviously, there is no wi-fi or other entertainment option, because the airline is archaic. The money that you might think you're initially saving by booking on this budget airline is not worth it. Spend the extra $50-$75 and fly through someone else."
Pros: "It was SUPPOSED to be a round trip. I arrived at LAS an hour before departure, and tried a kiosk. It advised me that I needed to see an agent. I get in line. 19 minutes later, I am informed that even though the plane is still at the gate, I missed the 45 minute deadline,and cannot board. The agent will not help me to book another flight, but gives me a paper with an 800 # on it. I am told that all of the next days flights are sold out. I managed to get a $287 flight t 6 am the next day, on a different carrier. When I arrived at Ohare for the return leg, I was charged $40 , for my carryon. When I expressed my displeasure at the charge, I was told that Frontier was a low cost operation and should not be surprised that I would pay more for extras. My response to that is "When did customer service become an extra, for which I should be charged?" I have found your corporation to be an overpriced low service airline, a soulless company intent on squeezing every cent out of each transaction, while providing even less than the bare minimum to the sucker who buys a ticket."

Pros: "The flight was great and everything leading up to the luggage pick up was good. The flight landed a half hour early and the flight left on time. Getting the luggage took an hour and a half and they sent us back and forth between two different pickup locations. What should take 15 minutes took much longer than desired."

Cons: "The crew was absolutely clueless. Half way through the flight no less than 6 sleeping passengers were woken and shuffled about because they discovered two other passengers had seated themselves in the priority area. I understand the desire to ensure passengers are seated properly. However, it was ludicrous to wake 6 people who were not at fault for this error on their part. They should have been more vigilant at the start, or left the rest of us alone after the fact. Terrible understanding of customer service. Also, our flight arrived early, however, they didn't have the appropriate gate available. Poor planning as we knew we'd be early about half way through the flight. Would not fly again, not because of the disorganized gate business, however, there's a real lack of customer focus on this airline."

I laid out,clearly, where their policy was contradicted and that some empathy was in order and in the process was hung up on once and have not received a reply to my last email. If you gave no intention to achieve quality customer service, why pay for the department? Maybe they don't."

The staff was also a lot friendlier and generous. And there was plenty of room on the flight which made comfort affordable."
Cons: "They announced that the flight was departing from a different gate, but it wasn't listed on their website and there was no way to verify it on any screens. The gate that they said the flight would be departing out of instead still had the destination on it for the previous flight. Then, after that flight departed, it showed the destination for the next flight scheduled to leave out of that gate, not the one I was on. So frankly, a lot of people were very confused on where they were supposed to be waiting. Especially since, there was boarding for a different flight at the first gate, and no screen showing the flight that was being boarded there. So it caused a lot of nervousness for a lot of us, not being sure where we were supposed to be and afraid we would miss our boarding call."

Who does that? Never heard that before in my life. A bag would cost over $60 if you check in at the gate. They charged for every single little thing. Disgusting!!!! I almost felt victimized flying their airline. (The seats were small.) I heard one passenger said "My first time flying Spirit. It will be my last time too." I said "Amen!" I WILL NEVER FLY SPIRIT AGAIN!!!! NEVER!!!!"

While passengers were waiting to board, a jet blue crew member starts to announce boarding for their flight to JFK while its displaying spirit airlines flight to dallas. The jet blue crew has no information to provide to us. A spirit airline crew memeber SHOULDVE MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT reg the gate change at the original gate or they should remove the spirit airline flight display from the screen. And all this 20 mins prior to take off. And I was told to stand in line that was a mile long to have this simple question answered 'whats the current gate'. The crew could've been a bit more informative, less rude and more approachable."
