Cons: "Seats are not comfortable."
Pros: "Comfortable larger seating"
Cons: "It is 2017- update to electronic tickets options?"

Cons: "so many hidden charges and gimmics. I would strongly recommend to ban this ariline."
Pros: "I did not purchase any food and there weren't tv's on this flight."
Pros: "The price was the reason I bought this fare. The times were OK. The nonstop was a deciding factor."
Cons: "Everything else except the price was not good. Comfort was horrible. I will never fly Spirit for a long flight. I am 6 ft tall, 200 lbs. Space is just too cramped. Ryanair which flies short hops can get away with bare bones flights. However, Ryanair has better comfort than Spirit."
Cons: "The airline ticket was cheap, but then the customer has to pay for EVERYTHING extra. Seating, baggage (even carry ons?!), food, etc... The seating was cramped, the restroom stank. It's easier to get a different airline and pay more, but get more!!"
Cons: "Staff at the airport were not friendly, unwilling to go above and beyond."
Pros: "The airline was very professional and they work with their customers."
Cons: "Nothing bad to say -- it was all Excellent"
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for close to three hours. During that time, the crew provided about three updates on the status. We were told that we were waiting in line to take off and then when our time came, the flight attendant yelled at a woman who had gotten up to go to the restroom because we missed our spot in line since she was up and not in her seat. This resulted in us waiting for an additional hour to get back in line. The crew seemed to expect that an entire plane of full of people (of various ages) should not have to use the bathroom for three hours. If they would have communicate better, such as said, "we are planning on moving in the next five minutes, please take your seats now so that we can get in line" that would have saved us an additional hour on the tarmac. It was extremely frustrating for everyone and could have been mitigated by better communication. I understand weather delays but it is frustrating when people do not do their jobs."
Pros: "Flights were on time and had no issues."
Cons: "I am always disappointed with the services of Spirit and somewhat ddisappointed that Kayak sells their ticket. Their customer service is horrible. I will never use them again."
Pros: "My flight wasn't delayed and I had no trouble with my luggage. Once I was at the airport, everything went smoothly. Ticket price was reasonable."
Cons: "My only bad experience was checking in online. I made a mistake when one of those incessant ads popped up, and afterwards I could never get back to the screen for checking in. I was forced to do it at the airport. When I called customer service the guy on the other end could not suggest anything except to try over and over what I already knew was useless--- checking in online. He was very polite and helpful but the fact that he couldn't speak English very well made it even harder to communicate on the phone. Spirit airlines is a great way to save money, but don't bother with their customer service."
Pros: "Price and service"
Cons: "Baggage fees exceeded cost of tickets"
Cons: "Paying For a carry on..."
Pros: "Spirit is forthright about its luggage charges, but you must pay attention. Charges even for carry on, which is excessive. If you show up at the gate with a non-prepaid bag, it's $100!!!"
Cons: "Get rid of carrying charge. Increase ticket price slightly to counterbalance."
Pros: "I got a good seat on random selection at airport on this trip"
Cons: "Not able to recline in any row other than 1. Not being able to take free carry one and personal item."
Pros: "I didn't like nothing about sperit , terrible experience they took my money for no reason ,"
Pros: "We got back sooner than expected.."
Cons: "The staff was rude! Sign downstairs said 1 carry one 1 personal item.. so I asked at counter they told me to go to kios to get ticket... went all the way to the plane and boarding the woman says that's gonna be 100$ to board .. I had a small suitcase and diaper bag! I didn't have the money on my card and almost missed my first! I will spend the extra $20 next time to fly anything besides spirit!!"
Cons: "Paying for water"
Pros: "Could have flown Southwest $70 cheaper"
Cons: "Baggage fee"
Pros: "Good Price Round trip if you have no carry on and no luggage."
Cons: "Everything is an addon Leg room is cramped The crew will let you know that nothing is free. Jokes were bad and stewardess was hard to understand even though this was a US only flight they put a foreign speaker."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth. Flight was good overall. Pilot was very warm and friendly, also informative."
Cons: "Had to PAY for CARRY ON luggage (pulley). ticket was cheap but had to pay $50 U.S. for carry on luggage. DECEPTIVE. Had to pay for WIFI..... At least that service could be free. If i was dying of thirst and had no money i would have died. I had to PURCHASE a simple snack (peanut, orange juice, soda). VERY DECEPTIVE. Ticket was cheap but it was a rip off during flight. I doubt i will recommend this airline. I was warned not to buy that ticket but i did not listen. IF I had known..."
Pros: "Cheap and cushy seats"
Cons: "Seats didn't recline, small space between me and seat in front, no food or drink options available for free"
Pros: "Seats were more comfy on this flight than the one a couple of years ago to Florida. Plane left the ground at departure time, not the gate. Boarding order made sense."
Cons: "Seats don't recline, I paid for seats when I didn't have to (learned that from a seasoned Spirit customer)."
Pros: "Some magazines to read would have made the flight perfect!"
Pros: "Quick friendly service"
Cons: "That at every turn I was being charged for something. What a hassle. Better if it could all be done at the time of booking."
