I was unable to work with another delay and was forced to cancel this flight within hours of booking it. I was charged $15 to cancel the flight. So I paid for a flight that was sold to me and not on time and then charged for cancelling it within hours. This was incredibly disappointing."

I don't really know why except the airport they said was busy and the plane couldn't come up to the gate. I nearly sprained an ankle because it was dark and I didn't see there was a step from the escalator platform to walk to the shuttle bus. I have never experienced that before and we have flown Sun Country from DFW to MSP several times before. They don't even give peanuts or pretzels any more and all the other airlines do."

Once he left she made me wait to be the very last person to board and had two security guards escort me to my seat. Pros: "Sun Country's customer service was amazing. Our flight to Mexico everything went well and we were treated well. Our flight home from Mexico we had to change. My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. I just can not thank your Mexico team on the morning of 19 February 2016 enough. We are truly truly grateful. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. Again our wheel chair person again was amazing in making sure my wife would be OK through the customs process. THANK YOU SUN COUNTRY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. John"

We spent 2 hours in line waiting to talk to an Aeromexico representative, by which time any chance of getting on another flight was gone because it was too late in the evening to get another flight. The BEST option they could get for us was for us to drive 3 hours to another airport at 1am to catch a 6am flight and 2 additional flights after that with another airline. We were told that when we arrived at the Austin airport, that a representative could refund us the money for the car rental before our flight. However, there was nobody at the Aeromexico counter at the airport. We called the "Customer Service" number and the lady could not help us at all in ANY way except for offering to sell us another ticket.... needless to say, worst customer service experience. When we arrived, our bags (which were carry-ons that were taken from us at the gate) didn't make it with us on the flight, so we had to wait another 2 hours at the airport for our bags. Needless to say, worst travel experience ever."

Cons: "Our flight from Dallas was delayed due to the crew being late to show up. This delay was so late that there was no way we would make the connecting flight in Mexico City. Staff in both airports knew this and made no attempts to remedy the problem. In Dallas the avoided answering questions or being helpful. When we got to Mexico City they kept us on the shuttle bus sitting outside the airport doors for an extended amount of time. They refused to let us out of the bus despite several requests. When we finally were allowed to leave the bus and enter airport we were handed new boarding tickets. We were not given any instruction on what to do or where to go or even told that we had missed our flight and it was no use anyway. I along with several other people wondered around the airport trying to find where to go for baggage claim, customs and the boarding gate. Airport staff did not try to help or answer questions. When I finally found my luggage, sent it on to the other flight, made it to the boarding gate, the staff there informed me that I had missed my flight and would not be flying out until 16 hours later. This was distressing enough, but when they laughed at me while they were telling me, it made the whole situation intolerable. At that point I went to try to find someone who would be helpful and not laugh at me. I found the check-in desk. The lady there did not laugh at me but gave me the run around about how weather had caused the delay and the airline could not help me with a better flight or even hotel accommodations. She informed me that my luggage was still in the airport and that I could retrieve it in baggage claim. Retrieving my luggage was another nightmare. None of the airport staff outside of the glass doors to baggage claim could understand that I needed to reclaim my luggage. I cannot imagine how seeing that 30 some other people had to have already returned to do the same thing just a few minutes earlier. I intend to never fly AeroMexico again. And I will be telling everyone I know not to fly them. This airline allowed us to miss our connecting flight because of crew incompetence. They made to attempts to remedy the problem or make up for it, instead the staff lied, was purposely unhelpful and at times rude and disrespectful."

Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."

I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."

When I questioned a credit, refund or an additional flight they said no and offered no assistance. Finally, they called security when I asked to speak to someone else."
