Cons: "Social distancing"
Cons: "More sanitation efforts. Stop overselling flight to help stop the spread of COVID-19"
Cons: "Too cramped"
Pros: "Really friendly flight attendants"
Pros: "Entertainment and air hostess"
Cons: "American Airlines have to improve with their food. Spend more than 500 for ticket and they cannot provide lunch for > 5 hour flight? We had to buy that food as well. They also boarded us too soon and didn't have time to grab the food outside as our time between flight is only 50 mins."
Cons: "Everything was late, the flight, the logage pick up, the aproching to the station which means 30 minutes inside the plane parked waiting for a spot to get off, and finally The Price."

Cons: "When we landed to lax, the crew should announce where our baggage claim is. It was different from what was texted, what was on the monitors. The location changed without announcement. After an hour, one agent said to go to another area to find my bag. 1 hr in baggage claim is excessive."
Pros: "The 787 is a nice aircraft"

Cons: "the very long delay!!!"
Pros: "Smooth sailing"
Cons: "N/a"
Cons: "No inflight entertainment at all."
Pros: "The boarding was efficient. The service was fine. The pilot was informative."
Pros: "My flights were booked through British Airways, but these segments were operated by American. Dallas to LAX was on an Airbus 321. Entertainment options were very good (although not as diverse as on British Airways). Food was okay. The crew was very pleasant."
Cons: "Small Airbus models (319 and 321) have noisy engines and noisy hydraulics, and they create an annoying amount of white noise in the passenger cabin."
Pros: "Good flight. Arrived early. Great crew. A321 is a nice aircraft. Good legroom."
Pros: "Very comfortable. Each seat had its own monitor with lots of entertainment options."
Pros: "Overall good service."
Pros: "I liked the expediency of being rescheduled for another flight and the kindness of the American Airlines staff. When I first received my boarding pass, the pass listed gate A24 as the one where my flight was scheduled to depart. The plane destined to depart from Dallas to LAX did not show up. However, a few of us were kindly offered a cot and blankets to sleep on. The next morning I folded the cot and the blankets and found an American Airline staff member who swiftly rescheduled me for another flight to LAX. She did state that the original flight had departed at 11:15 p.m."
Cons: "From around 6 P.M., December 11, 2017, I was at gate A24 - the gate listed as the Departure gate for my return flight to Los Angeles. The last flight that left went to Saint Louis, I believe. There was never a flight to depart from Gate 24 to Los Angeles. I believe the gate may have been changed and for some reason, those who were at Gate 24 were not informed. Also, the travel instructions on the advertisement for scheduling the flight mentioned the ability to carry on luggage for no additional charge. When I received my boarding pass, it stated I was only allowed to carry on baggage that would fit underneath the seat and not in the overhead bin. I had to pay to check my baggage that I thought was free. In spite of the changes, the flight was a good flight. Thank you"
Pros: "I was able to sit with one of my family members. Nice leg room, great movies to wathch"
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic."
Pros: "Thank god it was a short flight."
Cons: "Was given no preference to get though checkpoints when last flight landed an hour late. My seat was given away so they had to reseat me. The tv was broken and constantly needed to be reset."
Pros: "quick easy flight"
Cons: "the remodel at LAX is a mess but the shuttles are nice, just be prepared if you have to shuttle to another terminal. Also check food, I went from gate 50A and had to shuttle to 52A and that area only has one area to get something to eat and its just sandwich, and not a lot of choices."
Pros: "Lost bag, came on later flight Totally disorganized TSA on Dallas very rude"
Pros: "We landed an hour early, which I have never experienced all the times flying into LAX. Entertainment had a bunch of new movies to kill the flight time."
Cons: "Airplane was very warm temperature wise. We landed super early, but had to wait almost 30 minutes for a gate to open."
Pros: "Flew a 787, so pretty new aircraft. That meant good seat-back entertainment system. Got to watch 2 complete movies - one before we got off the ground. Keep reading..."
Cons: "The flight boarded just fine. Then, about the time we should have been pushing back from the gate, a flight attendant comes on the PA asking for a licensed doctor. Several minutes later, they announce that there's a medical emergency and EMTs are on the way. Said EMT comes down the aisle with a wheelchair. I assume they took that passenger off the back, because they didn't come back by me. We finally leave the gate only to find that the weather we were supposed to get out ahead of had now rolled in, and we're stuck on the taxiway for an hour and a half. Once we finally got airborne, things went well. When we arrived at LAX, we parked in a remote area and had to bus to the terminal. So, while none of this was really anything American could have prevented, it made the flight more of an ordeal."
Pros: "The guy in the middle seat left and never came back. Smooth flight. Good crew. Got both pretzels and cookies, as well as 2 cups of ice, with no problem."
Cons: "Entertainment system had some quirks. I choose my flights in an attempt to make sure I can watch a movie during the flight, so that's important to me. This one stopped once in the middle of the movie, but worked one I started it again. Didn't have buttons for fast forward or rewind, so had to guess on the timeline when I wanted to see something I missed. Then the flight map kept resetting to a mode other than what I wanted. I know these are first world problems, and they in no way affected the safety of the flight, but I expect more."
Pros: "All of the crew was nice and helpful except for one."
Cons: "Although this isn't new info, but the exit row seats are garbage. They should remove a seat and make the remaining seats wider. When trying to use the arm rest table the Flight Attendant just watch me struggle and didn't help. So I just gave up."
Pros: "We made up time in the air and landed early. Seats were very comfortable."
Cons: "We landed early but had to wait a half hour to be able to get to an open gate. Then when arriving at the gate the jet bridge was unavailable so we waiting on the plan for an hour after touchdown. Then during my baggage claim pick up I found it open and spilling out into the bin and it was the first time I used this suitcase. Overall, I don't think it was the airlines fault but the airports fault at LAX, however all of these thing combined made it a less enjoyable flight/experience."
Pros: "Good seat back entertainment system. Plenty of movies I wanted to watch. Good to have an AC power outlet, too, to keep my phone charged."
Cons: "Charging more for some seats is a crappy business practice. Never enough room. Warmer than I'd like. Guy behind me kept stretching out his legs so much that he'd hit my feet unless I also stretched out."
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "The flight itself was smooth and quiet"
Cons: "The delay was to accommodate other passengers, but we sat in the airport for hours. AA's communication about the situation was poor, at best, the staff was tired and cranky, and there was no effort to make sure that we were not inconvenienced."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that my husband and I had to pay $13 each for a seat over and above the price of the ticket. I didn't like that you paid almost $3 for a cold drink or a package of snacks and also give a tip and on our return trip they came around twice $45 for one suitcase going and $35 coming back. You might say we had sticker shock Rosaleen"

Cons: "So small and cramped. Fees for carry ons are insulting enough, but there is a fee for getting a seat! Ridiculous!"
Cons: "Being delayed over an hour with no explanation from anyone as to what was going on was very aggravating. Not to mention the fact that I had to pay for my carry on bag both ways, which is unheard of... I’ve never paid for carry on luggage in my life. I won’t be flying with Spirit again."

Pros: "There were a lot of extra seats on the return so I got to upgrade myself which was great!!"

I won't ever fly Spirit again as it's cheaper to fly any other airline in the end AND I can interact with friendly air stewards too! Spirit's stewards reminded me of JAL stewards that have a 'don't bother me' attitude."
Cons: "They off loaded our luggage in Las Vegas, telling us they were unloading extra fuel. Then they told us our luggage would be at the airport. When I complained about this, they refused to provide compensation for returning to the airport to get my luggage, and gave me the run around about getting a refund for the baggage fee.... will never fly them again...."
Pros: "I didn't like anything about this airline"
Cons: "I didn't like that they charge you for carry-on and seats. Also they charged me an extra $55 because luggage was over 14 lbs over the 40 lb limit. And then they ruined my luggage. I packed small to avoid that exact reason and I ended up paying $65 rants ridiculous. NEVER! EVER FLYING WITH SPIRIT AGAIN!!"
