Even though Jet Blue doesn't serve peanuts on their flights, they still gave her a pre-boarding pass so she could wipe down her area just in case someone on an earlier flight had something that could have caused a reaction. They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. The pilot came out and introduced himself before we began our flight. Had a few funny things to say. IT was great!"

They skipped our row when offering drinks & snacks, when my seat mate asked for some of the biscotti the attendant questioned her asking if she was sure she hadn’t already already had one. Final small thing was the latch on the try table was not working correctly. In a nut shell, not worth the extra money that was paid."

No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"
