All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.??

Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Then when arriving at the gate the jet bridge was unavailable so we waiting on the plan for an hour after touchdown. Then during my baggage claim pick up I found it open and spilling out into the bin and it was the first time I used this suitcase. Overall, I don't think it was the airlines fault but the airports fault at LAX, however all of these thing combined made it a less enjoyable flight/experience."

That way, you don't have to try to get past people in the front who are still trying to load their stuff or get seated. There has got to be a more efficient way of getting off the plane. We stood and stood waiting for passengers to get their stuff and disembark."

And why didn't they bring it before our scheduled departure? -Flight was then delayed another 1.5 hours because the fueler put too much fuel on the plane so we had to wait for them to send out another fueler to take fuel off. -Meanwhile, I was late for work and almost got fired because of this mistake. -They then proceeded to put my luggage on the wrong airplane so once we landed I had to wait another 1-2 hours for my luggage to arrive. -Meanwhile, all gate attendants had terrible attitudes when dealing with customer. I figired since the flight was delayed why not have some lunch and head to the plane an hour before take off time. I left the restarant and went through screening. One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."

Sign up for their frequent flyer program. Tickets are insanely cheap and economical, you can fly for $15 if you do it right by joining the yearly program ($50 annual) and responding to the emails. We booked 5 adults CVG to DFW 6 days out for $123 a piece when Delta and other competitors wanted $500 to $600 dollars. Pilots have a great sense of humor, flight attendants were super attentive and helpful. Be careful on the bag restrictions, my advice is travel light with carryon. The rest is pay for play but you can jet-set for stupid cheap and still receive superb service. I can't say enough great things about this airline. We are booking at least 7 to 8 more flights with them for the next few months for the price of 2 tickets with any other airline. Rivals Jet Blue or Southwest level of experience for fun but absolutely crushes all other airlines in value. Best flight experience ever!!!!!!"

Frontier only offered to accommodate me by reducing the cost of changing my flight from $110 to $75 and get me there a day late. Their customer service is the worst. So if you have only two bags one being electronics and the other bag say a small nap sac with your shaving gear and a change of clothes your looking at $70 if you check the small bag and $80 for both like I paid to carry them on with me. Then ask if you could put one on the floor under seat? I'm 6'3" and have barely enough room to sit period but take away my foot room also WTF? Ok wait it gets better when when they come around with the beverage cart and snacks, that's going to cost you. you have to pay for each of these now to. Cup of coffee, water or soda $2.00. I'm sure you all know the size of the cups they give you on a plane, and all must be purchased with credit or debit no cash excepted. So if your an international flyer that would be over $100.00 in carry on baggage a drink and a bag of pretzels including international exchange rates, and international credit card purchase fees. This would make up for 25% of my flight all revealed once you have already committed to your ticket because to get out of it would be a $175.00 change or cancellation fee. I will never consider or recommend this airline to anyone ever. It's bad enough that every time I fly I must repurchase all my shaving gear ie. Hair gel, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, I can't fly with even my nail clippers you never know when your going to be clipped on an airplane. So I buy and throw away every trip I go"

An international traveler with a small child was waiting to board as well. The CSA had just walked down the jetway and was suppose to return. Four minutes later the flight pushed out of the gate, departing 10 minutes early. The staff knew of the TSA delay. If I had made my flight it would have cost me an additional $100 dollars to check my carry on suite case that I have been flying with for the past two years on other airlines without any fee. Spirit Air requires you to have a smaller carry on suitcase than the rest of the industry. So my $96 dollar fare would now be $196. American Air was also offering a deal at the time for $91, but the time did not work with my schedule. Spirit Air is not a deal. If you check your carry on suitcase on line it will cost you $45. If you check your bag at the gate it will cost you $65. If you check your bag while boarding it will cost you $100. Traveller beware!"

Pros: "THE OUTBOUND FLIGHT (LGA-DFW) WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST, WITH UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS AND UNFRIENDLY PERSONNEL THE INBOUND FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, SO I SHOWED UP VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING AND I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE WEATHER, BECAUSE ALL OTHER AIRLINES WERE OPERATIVE, BUT I WAS GIVEN NO EXPLANATION. I WAS GIVEN A REFUND EQUAL TO HALF THE TICKET AND I WAS LEFT ON MY OWN. IT COST ME $ 600 ON VIRGIN AMERICAN TO GET BACK TO NYC, ALMOST DOUBLE OF THE R/T TICKET WITH CRAPPY SPIRIT"
