When we landed, the flight attendant announced that we were 20 minutes early and that we needed to "remember that the next time when we are 20 minutes late." As it turned out, we could not deplane for another 20 minutes anyway. I will not fly this airline again."

Just include all fees rather than nickel and diming travelers to deal. The cost of items on board is outrageous for the quality you receive. If you've had meetings scheduled back to back to make a flight, your food selections are not worth the money....unfortunately it's all you have."

Which is a bit shocking to me since I always felt the Denver airport had a bettet customer fucos team then LAX. I will continue to fly with Spirit when ever possible. Thank you!"
