We missed our connection of course! Had to wait 2 hrs at next airport for a hotel. Did receive food vouchers and luggage was checked in right away (good thing). But overall ridiculous! Missed an entire day due to AA not having another plain? Or not finding another way to put passengers in other flights."

Cons: "This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."
Pros: "No complaints. Keep up the good work, American!"
Cons: "I don't like the fact that food has to be purchased. I liked it much better when the food was included in the price, as it still lives in the major international overseas airlines."
Pros: "AA is excellent."
Cons: "Boarding process was a chaos. Thing should not be done: such as re-screened passenger boarding pass and passport for nothing since we went thru 2 times security and border protection. Thing should do: organize boarding zone. all passengers had boarding zone on boarding pass but went in like first come first service."

Cons: "I wasn't able to check-in from my phone ( United is stuck in 1980's) Forced me to use Ticket Kiosk at Airport. Wouldn't print out a boarding pass and wanted ticketing agent to verify my luggage. I had an empty backpack and a small laptop case, she told me only one piece allowed, seriously?? She made me put my laptop in my backpack and the carrying case as well. The boarding pass didn't assign a seat to me and told me that I have to get another boarding pass at gate.. Simply unacceptable. I am a frequent flyer with Frontier and Spirit pirit, thanks to those Airlines which never treated me bad and gave me hassle like United did. No more United for me ever. WiFi was advertised but never worked inspite of me wanting to pay for it."
Cons: "Paid for internet and stopped working for a long time"
Pros: "No positives"
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3+ hours... In this order... ? United system went down ? when it came up instead of us next they let a later flight go next ? then they moved our gates ? then they changed planes so all luggage needed to be moved ? then their flight crew timed out, so couldn't leave ? I didn't want to end up at my desination at 4am in the morning or later so it would completely screw up my sleep/work schedule, so I left, ate the cost and the time and rebooked on another airline"
Pros: "The wifi entertainment was great."

Cons: "It was snowing in Aspen when we tried to land. We left late for whatever reason I can't remember and then a de-icing that they said would only take 10 minutes took 30. Aspen airport has a strict closure law of 11pm. We didn't get above Aspen until 11:05 then the runway wasn't cleared off so we had to circle around and attempt again. They couldn't keep up with the snow to keep the runway clear. If we would have been 15 minutes earlier and had not been delayed for numerous reasons, we would have been able to land since the storm was just starting and the people on the runway at aspen airport would have had more time to clear the runway instead of it being after their shift was over. We didn't land back in Denver until 12:15 and I didn't get to my $250 room until 1:30. Why is it that I have to pay for errors of other people? Not to mention that I missed almost a full day of work and will be docked pay for that as well (another $100) because we didn't get back into Aspen the following day until after 1:00 (also because of awaiting aircraft). I am sick of awaiting aircraft excuses as well!!! These are united's fault and travelers recieve zero compensation for their tardiness!!!"
Pros: "The pilot got us there safely. Good deal of turbulence."
Cons: "Stewardesses were rude to many. Chit chatted with each other whole way, ignored passengers. "Too turbulent" to serve us a beverage, which was okay. Except first class got full service. Wrong."
Pros: "Thanks for the upgrade"
Cons: "Thanks for the upgrade"
Cons: "The layover wasn't enough time, especially since the weather was bad. The plane from Wichita to Denver came in late which made us late. Didn't appreciate sprinting with my luggage through the Denver airport"
Pros: "Same as above"
Cons: "Same as above"
Cons: "Tight seating"
Cons: "No free entrainment which is really rude when I paid full price for a ticket. Bad business. Seats are getting smaller, no food"

Pros: "The lady at check in was nice."
Cons: "Nobody else was."
Cons: "Many people without masks."
Pros: "Was on time."
Cons: "This is a budget airline. seats are like boards. Boarding is like a cattle call."
Cons: "Frontier airlines should not be in business"
Cons: "Two hours delayed, without explanation."
Cons: "I recommend you read the above comments"
Cons: "The seats are so uncomfortable"
Pros: "This was my first trip on Frontier in many years, and I've heard a number of complaints as they've become more value oriented. I generally don't travel with the "value" airlines so as to avoid the hassle of paying for all of the add-ons that were once just a part of the flight. In this case, my expectations weren't high, and we chose this flight primarily for the timing out of Denver (i.e. it was not a red-eye flight). We paid for the "perks" bundle ahead of time. We were checking bags, and I'd definitely recommend that route to select one of the roomier seats and to have the carry-on included. Ultimately, the price ended up being slightly less expensive than our other airline options for this trip. I have no complaints about the staff at check-in in Denver or on the flight. Everyone was nice and the entire process went smoothly with the exception of having to put my carry-on many rows behind me in order to find overhead space. (It feels like more a slight because you have to pay for that "privilege" to begin with.) The roomier seats were a good choice. I don't think any seats recline, but they were fairly comfortable. For some, perhaps that's a perk because you don't need to worry about the person in front of you leaning all the way back."
Cons: "You need to pay for a standard/regular beverage and a snack, and at $2.99 per can of soda that's pretty steep. If you purchase an "adult beverage" you get a discount on the mixer, but it still adds up. Snacks are similarly priced. I don't use the in-flight entertainment very often, but I did not notice this option being offered (e.g. via WiFi to your phone or tablet) so bring something to keep yourself occupied. The slim line seat was fairly comfortable for me (about 5'-7", 150 lbs.). I don't mind the firmer feel to the seats, but the seats not reclining may be an issue for some. The crew could control the location of overhead items a bit better especially since you're paying for them to be on board."
Pros: "Good"
Pros: "Timely"
Cons: "Baggage again"
Pros: "On time take off Price"
Cons: "Seats were so uncomfortable my neck and back hurt I paid to upgrade seats for more room I did no good to have more leg room in a terrible seat"
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Everything. Never flying with Frontier ever again. Deboarding was a huge issue. The ramp should have been ready to go as soon as the plane landed. And if there was a mechanical issue where the power AND oxygen was going to be cut off they should have let people off. A pregnant lady should not have to worry about having enough oxygen for herself and her growing child in her uterus."
Cons: "Credit card sales during flight."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They change my flights"
Pros: "everything was on time and arrival was early"
Cons: "couldnt sleep"
Pros: "I would like cree carry on"
Cons: "There is nO free carry on"
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "The most uncomfortable seats I've ever been in! Especially since it was a red-eye!"
Cons: "Uncomfortable"
Cons: "Red eye flight so food and entertainment were limited. Comfort was an issue if you were trying to sleep as I was in a middle seat."
Pros: "On schedule both outbound and inbound."
Cons: "Seat comfort. Seats did not recline. All drinks were charged."
Pros: "The cheap price."
Cons: "Everything else."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over 3 hours while we waited for a pilot to show up. There is a charge for everything including water or switching to a vacant seat after take-off. An elderly woman became dehydrated and nearly collapsed during the flight. She was moved to the seat next to me where there was an entire empty row. I spent the last 30 minutes of my flight trying to assist her. I am a medical professional and am certain that she was dehydrated. The seats do not recline."
Pros: "Safe flight departing on time and arriving 30 minutes earlier. Not the best confort seats for an red eye flight. You have to pay for any additional option, which is OK for me, cause don't need any extra service rather than the transportation. Recommended for saving some bucks and expended on your vacation trip."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats"
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "There was dried smeared candy by the food tray on my connection flight to Miami and the seats were uncomfortable. I will never fly Frontier again"
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Seat"
Pros: "On time. Customer service was just adequate."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. Small seats. Charge for water! No in flight entertainment. The check in system is highly inefficient; you use the kiosk to print a boarding pass and then have to stand in line forever to drop your bag."
Pros: "Check in, changing seats, baording, flight, landing, -!; disembarking.. all smooth and painless. Thank you!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Every thing was expensive.they take money for caring bag???"
Pros: "Getting out of the plane"
Cons: "Where do you start, filthy airplane, seats that are like sitting on rocks that do not lean back, no leg space( i am 5'9"), dirty bathrooms. Frontier charges for everything from carry on to a seat to sit in, no bargin at all"
Pros: "Cheap"
Pros: "Crew was up to the task."
Cons: "Chairs were too stiff and unyielding."
Pros: "None of my flights were delayed"
Cons: "Extra fee for both checked bags and carry on is unreasonable. Seats do not recline and there is nowhere to rest your head."
Pros: "Crew was nice and friendly"
Cons: "There was absolutely no space, the seats were uncomfortable and I was almost denied boarding even though I arrived 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close. it is VERY unlikely I will fly with frontier again."
Pros: "Cost"
Cons: "Delayed Boarding"
Cons: "I really wish Frontier provided pillows and blankets for red eyes, that was a long cold ride I had not prepared for!"
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "I made it to Miami"
Cons: "First of all, the fact that we have to pay for carry-on luggage is some BS! Then I ask to get my TSA Pre-Board added to my boarding pass and she tell me, Frontier doesn't participate in it?? seats were to tight an then they couldn't find someone to load our bags so we were delayed for an hour taking off. I'm NEVER flying Frontier ever again"
Pros: "Pretty much nothing."
Cons: "It was delayed 2 and a half hours. Bags cost a fortune. It was terribly uncomfortable."
Pros: "it was on time"
Cons: "seats dont recline and the crew was pushed to sell stuff even on a red eye flight so no sleep"
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "seats do not recline. Im 5'2 and I couldn't cross my legs. No cushion on seat. No headrest cushion."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Cons: "Found seats extremely uncomfortable for such a long flight."
Pros: "Roomier, and better seats. Didn't make my butt or back hurt not go as numb as the initial flight did."
Cons: "Everything cost more money."
Cons: "They wanted, discharge me $40 dollars for a carry-on, let's just start there. So in addition to whatever I would have paid to check a bad now carry on items are 40 bucks? Get real. Next there's the issue of the flight itself which was horrible. The seats were no better than plastic folding seats you would buy at target and about as comfortable. Frontier's idea of first class is what every other airline would call coach. There is so little leg room or room in front of you that I couldn't lay my head down on the tiny little excuse for a folding tray. Additionally none of the chairs leaned back. Not that they could as you would be in the lap of the person behind you.so I had to sleep on a red eye for 4 hours sitting straight up on hard plastic, crammed into a row like sardines. I will never fly frontier again."
Cons: "the same as above"
Pros: "It wa a new plane"
Cons: "No entertainment for a 4+ hour flight... Beverages were an additional cost... No snack ( not even a pretzel) .... Micro thin plastic seating with no recline function and short platform under legs... Spent over an hour to take off because of medical situation (?) with no communication from the crew..."
Cons: "The wrong carousel was announced for arrival baggage. People waited over 3/4 hour before I went to the Frontier desk to find out that it was carousel 10 instead of 3."
Pros: "Literally nothing. There was nothing about it that I liked. There were things that I didn't really mind, like the uncomfortable seats and no food or drink service in flight. I mean, that's not something I liked, but that's not how I choose what airline to fly with."
Cons: "I had a flight from Seattle to Miami with a layover in Denver. There was a staffing issue which caused the flight to be delayed 2 hours, causing me to miss my connection. Crystal, the customer service manager, explained that the customer service agent in Seattle was instructed to put most of us on different flights so we could get to our destination faster and she’s not sure why that didn’t happen, she then explained that I had two options: 1. Get on the next flight to Miami, departing the following night at 11:55pm, or 2. they refund the cost of my ticket ($234). That doesn’t sound too bad! I pulled out my laptop, found a flight for $219 with United that departed the next morning, showed Crystal, and said I’d just take the refund. Crystal then informed me that they can’t issue refunds at the airport and that I had to call some number to get my refund… during regular business hours. The following morning I called the number and spoke with a supervisor named Arnie. Arnie explained that she can only process refunds that are submitted by a customer service agent at the airport and wasn’t able/willing to help me. So I go back to the airport and talk to Scott, the manager at the ticket counter. Scott explained that Frontier messed something up with the staffing which caused the delay, Scott actually said the words “the delay was totally preventable.” He then explained that he did have the ability to give me a full refund, but that he wasn’t going to because while I paid for service from Seattle to Miami, and Frontier only provided service from Seattle to Denver, that because some service was provided, even though it wasn’t what I paid for or what I wanted, that the transaction was perfectly fair. I had to burn another vacation day for work, sit in the Denver airport for 24 more hours, and according to Scott, Frontier should have prevented this, and still, Scott assured me that this was perfectly fair. I then spoke with Martin, a condescending manager at the customer service center, who eventually told me that he authorized the full refund! However, he refused to put it in writing “company policy to never put anything in writing”, but said I could call the refunds dept to verify. So I did. I talked with Jen, a supervisor in Frontier’s refund dept who informed me that Martin does not have the authority to give me a full refund and it’s not in the system. Jen asked me to hand my phone to Martin to talk to him, but Martin refused to talk to her and eventually told me that Jen was right and the best they could do was request a refund and I’d be notified in 10 business days as to how much they decided was fair, Jen estimated that would be $35 - $80 of the $234 ticket… so I guess Martin was just lying to me to not have to deal with me. At the end of the day, if there is anything I am sure of, it’s that if something does go wrong, you can be absolutely sure Frontier will do absolutely nothing to try to help you- even if it was 100% their fault."
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "they charge you for everything.Carry on bag, check in bag and they cannot even give you water for free. the fight end up more expensive than what it is worded"
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "honestly this airline is horrible. the employees are all rude and have an extremely large attitude. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. and also the seats are extremely hard and do not recline. i could usually deal with this but the attitude of all the employees really ruined my entire experience! i promise you even though this is a cheap air line pay a little extra because its worth it. i will never be flying frontier again."
Pros: "boarding was fast and efficient"
Cons: "They even charge for soft drinks. Seats do not recline"
