Cons: "Same comment as above"
Pros: "You will save money by using a full price, full-service airline.Front tier charges extra for tons of small things that would be free with a full price carrier such as carry-ons, checking in online. It’s confusing and takes a lot of energy to figure out how to make use of such a cheap fare."
Cons: "It’s confusing and takes a lot of energy to figure out how to make use of such a cheap fare."
Cons: "Out of the four frontier flights I’ve taken in the past six months each one has been delayed for some reason. First one was over an hour late and caused a majority to miss connecting flights. Today’s experience was not a whole lot different. First leg of the trip was behind schedule, second was delayed at the terminal for the “cleaning” of the aircraft. I will walk to my destination before ever flying with frontier again"
Cons: "It’d be nice to have internet access, whether free or for purchase"
Cons: "Service was the worst. The poor training of the staff, is clearly a result of poor commitment by the company to provide good customer service."
Cons: "Lack of communication and humanity in general."
Pros: "I arrived."
Cons: "It was an hour after boarding before take off. Another 15 minutes on the ground after landing waiting for a gate at midnight on a weekday. I understand that circumstances occur beyond the airlines control, but this has been routinely occurring on my trips with Frontier. Absent compelling reasons, I will not be flying with them again."
Pros: "The same"
Pros: "As above."
Cons: "As above"
Pros: "I was last on and only the 1st class was open so free upgrade"
Cons: "No complimentary snacks"
Pros: "Cheap tickets"
Cons: "You must experience the rigid, non-reclining seats packed impossibly close together to get the full Frontier experience. Nonetheless they often have the cheapest airfare so what is a budget traveler to do?"
Pros: "fare was good"
Cons: "the seat was terrible"
Cons: "Frontiers prices might look good upon booking but you are charged for everything. $45 extra for a carry-on, $2.95 for a can of soda, etc... cramped seating,"
Pros: "They stopped us from boarding as soon as they found out that there would be a delay."
Cons: "There was a computer problem on the plane that delayed the departure for 2+ hours. We were kept in the airport for the first delay but on the airplane for over an hour when the test was not passed. We were only apologized to and not give any compensation such as a beverage."
Pros: "Arriving in my destination."
Cons: "Had to pay for my second bag, even though I prepaid for "the works." My carry on was already paid for in the prepaid package but since I decided to check it on my return leg, rather than carry it on....I had to pay $60 to check it. The funds prepaid to check one bag and carry on one bag should flex toward the carry on fee of a second bag. no curbside support."
Pros: "same as above"
Cons: "same as above"
Pros: "Staff was awesome and efficient"
Cons: "Food options, especially since one has to purchase snacks."
Pros: "Staff was friendly."
Cons: "No food or entertainment and nickle and dimed on everything."
Cons: "I felt taken advantage of by the surcharges."
Pros: "Cheap prices"
Cons: "Being stalled on the tarmac for over an hour arriving to Denver. People missing connecting flights. Plane arriving late leaving from Denver to Seattle. No complimentary beverages."
Pros: "My bag was lost in my FIVE HOUR layover in Denver, and no one could tell me where it was for five days. I only tracked it down by stalking some Frontier employees on their lunch break in seatac. I will never fly frontier again. Money saved isn't even almost worth it"
Pros: "the price. Staff are lovely. laughed at the mini-tablet sized "tray table.""
Cons: "Pity anyone over 5'7" or overweight -- least legroom I have seen on an airline to date. I would fly again squashed on a plane... but I would tell most men, there is no room for them. DVT waiting to happen. Oh gate guy at Denver told me my gym bag carryon was oversize (it wasn't).. guess they are obligated to try to get us to pay for "extras." I did not pay because the bag was smaller than their carryon template."
Pros: "Price to change ticket was exorbitant."
Cons: "They were going to charge me 3x the price I paid to change flights and I still had luggage fee (one bag to check-in who travels without luggage?!)"
Pros: "speed on check in, age and competent attitude of stewards(esses), clean passenger area."
Cons: "At every point, this airline tries to nickle and dime you. Costs for luggage and carry ons drive the price up to that of other tickets. The seats are very cramped and do not recline."
Cons: "seats could be a little softer maybe some memory foam??"
Pros: "See above."
Cons: "Charging for carry ins makes me never want to fly frontier again"
Cons: "I wish the headrest had those little flaps you can fold up to rest your head on--would have made the fact that the seats don't recline better."
Pros: "Airbus jet was nice. Frontier credit card sign-up was offered."
Cons: "The fees for seat assignments and carry on luggage. Frontier also does not accept TSA Pre-check."
Pros: "Gate attendent was rude and unhelpful to other passengers."
Pros: "speedy, safe, and friendly"
Cons: "no complimentary drink or snack. seats where uncomfortable"
Pros: "The original price"
Cons: "Carry on should be included in the price and it doesn't cost the airline anything for me to choose my seat. I shouldn't have to pay for it. The new seats are uncomfortable. I have seats like that in my aluminum flat bottom fishing boat"
Pros: "In order to have cheap fares, Frontier charges fees for EVERYTHING. Carry-on luggage, anything besides water, etc. If you can fit everything you have into a small backpack and bring your own snacks, no big deal. If not, I'd recommend a different airline."
Pros: "Letting me in though I got a bit late to the gate, due to unexpectedly log TSA lined"
Pros: "Attendants are friendly and deserve to work at a more respectable airline."
Cons: "The elimination of tray tables is so cheaply appalling. Just to shove a few more rows of seats on a plane while sacrificing everyone's comfort and space. Could have shipped my luggage for cheaper than all the added fees. Will avoid this airline in the future."
Pros: "Frontier got me to my destination safely. That's it."
Cons: "EVERYTHING!!! Not enough ticket agents. Worst airline ever!!!!"
Cons: "It's just the cheapest option, and they pretty much surprise you with a ton of random fees that you aren't told about when purchasing the ticket. It's sneaky and annoying and I don't have respect for this airline. Not to mention that the seats lack comfort, there is little to no legroom, no tray tables, and no complimentary drinks. Bummer-- I'm sticking with Alaska Airlines from now on."
Cons: "Paying for seat AND baggage is reason to fly Southwest."
Pros: "same as above"
Cons: "same as above"

Cons: "Plane was way too hot."
Pros: "It was cheap"
Cons: "It was "cheap""
Pros: "We arrived a few minutes early"
Cons: "They kept changing their minds on whether my son had to check his skateboard. Finally decided yes, charged us for another bag when if they had told us earlier, we could have added it.
