When I did, I made very clear that I’ll ONLY do it if it’s handed to me at the gate when I arrive. It CANNOT go into baggage claim because it’s 2 $3000, left handed, vintage Paul McCartney basses packed in one bag. The gentleman assured me that I’d have it handed to me upon arrival. It isn’t designed to go through the rough handling of people I’ve never met or trusted. So I got to Denver and waited at the gate until someone told me, “oh no that’s gonna be down in baggage claim” Needless to say, I’m scared to death and I don’t even know where $6000 worth of instruments of mine, is right now. I wish people would communicate when they promise things."

The line for 1st class and Premier was against the wall, so these passengers had to fight their way through the lines for passengers in sections 3,4,5 just to get to their line. It would make more sense to have groups 1 & 2 in lines which face the door, and keep the lines for 3,4,5 as they are--that is, parallel to the wall. Or, have the lines in the opposite order, so that 1&2 are closest to the concourse, and 5 is next to the wall I actually felt sorry for these 'privileged' passengers who had to fight their way through the other boarding lines just to board when their section was called"

I really think a disclaimer in large print should be available prior to booking with them. Something like Attention: the flight you are about to book comes with very small, unpadded seats crammed closer together than most airplanes. You will be physically touching every person you sit next to. Even if you are a skinny person. The seats do not recline there is no Wi-Fi or on board entertainment. You will be nickel and dime to death so that in the end you won't actually be saving as much money as you tjought."
