Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers returning to the US are advised to stay home as much as possible, avoid being around people and consider getting tested for COVID-19 after returning from travel and participated in higher risk activities.

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

This is a no frills airline that nickel and dimes you on everything though, from seating to carry-on bags. A minimum of $16 to as much as $50 just to select a seat that you have already paid for?!? And $40 for a carry-on bag. Several people were pulled out of the boarding line because they had not paid for backpacks that Frontier considers a carry-on bag."

This did not comfort me. Also, I travel alot. This was my first experience on Frontier for years. Not impressed with anything but the price."

Cons: "They offered cheap tickets to lure my friend in (she paid for my flight to her wedding as I just moved to another state and was strapped for cash) and only when I arrived at the ticket counter, did I find out that I had to shell out an additional 45 dollars FOR A CARRY-ON!! So, I had to pay 90 dollars, which I didn't have, AND pay for snacks and a beverage, because nothing was open at airport at the time of my flight. The flight crew was mediocre at best, as the flight attendants didn't bother to greet anyone except for the only man in a business suit. If you're going to nickel and dime people, I think it better to charge a little more for everyone's ticket, instead of slamming them with hidden costs. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth that even the 2 bucks a piece in-flight sodas couldn't wash away."

Cons: "I got to the airport about 2.5 hours before the flight. There was a sign at the Frontier check-in desk in Houston: "Check-in begins 2 hours before the flight." I was one of the first people in line. Exactly 2 hours before the flight, two check-in agents strolled out and started accepting baggage. By then, there was a very long line behind me of people waiting to check their bags. BE SURE TO READ BAGGAGE RULES! There are many different prices depending on when and where you check in your luggage. And there is a fee for carry-on luggage. Don't get caught at the gate with carry-on that is not already paid for or you will pay a very high price to pay it at that point. Even if you pay in advance, it costs MORE to carry on luggage than to check it. No free sodas or bottled water on the plane -- they cost $3 each. Only tap water is free. And all seats except middle seats were considered "premium" with an extra charge of $13 to $25."
Pros: "Crew was fine. Plane seemed safe and pretty clean. Already knew about the extra baggage charges and such, and this was still cheaper, which is why I went with it. But even that didn't prepare me for the extreme either incompetence or unpreparedness."
Cons: "If I'd already known about this, I could have kept my rental for a few more hours. Instead, I dropped off my rental early and showed up to the airport a couple of extra hours early so that I could just relax, eat, and read a book. As it turns out...these idiots aren't capable of checking bags for more than one flight at a time. So the bags I was going to check? I had to not only lug them around the airport for an extra 2 or 3 hours (since I couldn't go elsewhere after dropping off my rental car), but I also got delayed at the TSA checkpoint, because I wasn't considering the souvenir sodas and such that I had PLANNED TO CHECK and therefore shouldn't have been a problem for me. So yeah, I had to take my stuff over to the side and go through it and have my stuff thrown away and lose half of my "relaxation" time, all because Frontier is only able to handle one flight per 3 hours (and yes, they did tell me to come back in AT LEAST 2 HOURS, which was less than 2 hours before my flight, to actually check my bags). What a waste of time, money, energy, and trust. NEVER AGAIN."
Pros: "Quick boarding when we were boarding. Flight attendants were nice on both legs of my trip. A nonstop flight from Philadelphia to Houston that wasn't departing at the crack of drawn or returning at midnight was convienient compared to the competition."
Cons: "Buyer Beware!!! Frontier is the cheapest flight for a reason!!!! You will be nickle and dimed. During my flight search and booking I was never made aware that I would be charged to pick my seat ($13-35, depending on your seat choice),charged to bring a bag ($30-45 depending on if you carry on or check it), charged for any snacks or beverages, including water(seriously!!! $2 minimum and credit cards only!) One of the gate attendants in Houston had a serious attitude issue with someone on the flight that boarded before us. After all this they were handing out credit card applications at the end of the flight."

We sat on the plane for a total of 5 hours and ended up missing an entire day of our quick 48 hour getaway. We had to deboard twice and were lied to several times. I understand weather can be an excuse but how Spirit handled the situation was absurd and should how they don’t care about their customers at all. To top it all off, the seats are curved in the most uncomfortable way so sitting in them for so long made my body achy. Never again Spirit"

Next thing I know they are calling for final boarding, last call, even though half the flight didn't make it there yet because they didn't update that the delay was cancelled until minutes before boarding. I understand we all need to take off ASAP, but they've got to understand if everyone was standing at the gate, there would be no room to stand so we all disperse and know we can check our smartphones for updates."

As is normal in most flights, there's no space between the last row of passengers and the mini-room at the back of the plane. To keep from putting my rear in another passenger's face, I stepped into the mini-room until the stewardess commanded that I wait behind the "silver line." Sorry other passenger. At the least be courteous about your command with me and/or the passenger who had to sit in the rear (pun intended). Comfort - No seat back storage, and the flight was as cold as is bearable for the average person. Food & Entertainment - None available. Upon asking for water, we were instead offered ice."
