I missed my flight because I had to go find it in baggage claim, take a taxi to another terminal, hoof it across the terminal to TSA pre-check which was 45 people deep and slow as a snail, then run to the gate (which was at the ooooother end I originally entered through). Cons: "Ended up being in a row of three broad-shouldered men, so the "Preferred" seat I paid extra for was not very preferable I despise the practice of making some seats require additional $$$ - just so they can advertise lower fares. Flight was delayed, which is more common than I'd like They're stuffing planes fuller and fuller while offering fewer and fewer amenities at an ever-increasing price with multiple additional costs"
Pros: "Great entertainment system at each seat"
Cons: "I know there is little to be done about who you get seated next to. I also know you do your best with full flights. However I was seated next to a frightening woman who touched me and laid on my the whole flight. No matter what I did, she moved closer to touch me and did not give me personal space for the entire flight. Since it was a full flight I couldn't ask to be moved."

Pros: "New plane, on time, we'll run"
Cons: "Seats are thin, tight. Arm rests low and not much support. Incomfortable."
Cons: "After paying for a seat upgrade when I booked the ticket, I was forced to pay a second upgrade fee just to sit only 12 rows further back than the seat I paid for. The excuse given by the airline was that they had changed planes and the new plane didn't have a seat 13F. Instead, the equivalent was row 40. I was told that I could pay more and more up to row 25, but that all the lower rows were full. When I asked the service rep to refund the difference, I was told I had to fill out a form online. I was told there are no humans with whom a customer can speak that can process a refund."

Cons: "I paid extra for row 2 aisle carry on priority boarding so I could get my bag and exit the cabin quickly the bins above mr row and the half bins next to them above my row we’re empty on both sides and closed and when I tried to put my briefcase there I was told they were being saved for the first row passengers and to use the open bins. These happen to be about at row 4 so when the plane landed I had to wait to get to my bag and get off it was frustrating"
