The staff never came out to let the waiting passengers know. I only found out because I went to the customer service counter. Waiting passengers were mad and it could have been prevented. No food or entertainment was provided only a glass of water was free. All snacks and beverages were additional cost. No entertainment was available not even at an addditional cost. I probally won't fly Frontier again."

When I asked the representative at the airport what she could do about it, she said, "oh those things happen. " Not planning to go with Frontier again."
