There was no gate # provided on our boarding pass and we have to look for the international terminal for boarding. Due to first delay in SF, the time was so tight and the international terminal was so far away, we had to run like HELL and we almost suffered from heart attack. We barely made it and there was no one to help ever. we had to figure out on our own. This was very bad experience and was not acceptable with such poor arrangement."

Cons: "The plane didn't have enough gas to make it to SFO so we stopped in Colorado Springs to re-fuel. Despite being several hours delayed the airline customer service offered no solutions or accommodations."

Pros: "Sfo is a great airport and ran efficiently makes travel easier than other major aorports"

Cons: "The stewardess nearest to us at the front of the plane (didn't catch her name) was incredibly rude and had an attitude with everyone she'd spoke to. Very unprofessional."

Cons: "I was traveling with my wife from las vegas to san francisco. We had a check in suitecase and a carry on, each. The plane ticket was 78$ a person. We had to pay 170$!!!!!! for our lugage. That is exceedingly unproportional."
