Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

They told me they were tougher than other airports, and they harangued the Economy passengers actually telling them that the Economy ticket didn’t allow them anything. “That it wasn’t worth buying an Economy ticket.” Why do they sell them? These people need some serious customer relations retraining."

Pros: "From the time of my arrival at LAX the staff was great and kept things moving right alone for me. Almost no waiting at all. The in flight staff was awsome and cheerful and very helpful and observant."

Cons: "The overhead bins were so full that I needed to put my backpack under the seat. That meant that the already-cramped seat was even more cramped. In addition the seat did not recline because it was next to an exit row. It was a red eye and I could not get comfortable enough to sleep. Also, the fact that the screen brightness control was located on top of the seat arm meant that my neighbor's arm kept turning my screen on and increasing the brightness while my neighbor was asleep."

Not to mention what was supposed to be an inexpensive trip turned i to an expensive one when you are forced to eat airport food after being constantly re routed. I bought my ticket based on ariving to ottawa in the morning this however was not the case. I will be seeking a refund."
