Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

HE UPGRADED OUR WHOLE GROUP TO COMFORT and allowed us to all sit with each other. Greatest flight experience I've had and such great staff with Delta. Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

Absolutely a nightmare which after paying for 3 nights hotel with no discount, I was further inconvenienced by the inability to receive my 2nd luggage and after requesting it be delivered, I, I, tracked my bag and you chose to send it 3 days ahead to my destination and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED any acknowledgment of my online inquiry which is why I am complaining. I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). Cons: "We ran into a combination of traffic, parking, and other issues that drove us to arrive at our check-in at 7pm for a 7:40pm flight. We were not able to check-in given the 45 min rule. NO WHERE in our email did it say there was this rule nor were we prompted or told to check-in prior to our flight online. There's no suncountry app for check-in that we could find (only a visa one). We booked through priceline.The flight hadn't even started boarding and we were not allowed to check-in. We were re-booked on a flight that left two hours later, but that flight was delayed 3 hours. The whole thing essentially took one full night of paid hotel and fun in Vegas away costing us over $200 just in hotel plus we spent an extra 5 hours in an airport that didn't have a bar open past 9pm."

Cons: "Flight 103 was supposed to be at 1:30. Delayed at 10 or 11 am to 3:08. A little in the day to have a major delay putting us into Vegas right at rush hour with higher taxi pricing and headache. Once we were at the airport the delays continued. We didn't finish boarding the plane until after 330. And then had to sit on the tarmac while they tried to squeeze us in. Then landing you could tell we were circling airport while they tried to find a spot for us to land, either that or it was a bad route because it involved a lot of sharp turns. We landed almost two hours late, which for a 48 hour Vegas trip is harsh. All we got in return was an apology. Usually other airlines will at least give you the full can of pop or something minor to off set the bigger inconvience."

Cons: "At the Sun Country desk in Minneapolis they told me they couldn't check my bag all the way through to San Francisco because they didn't have an arrangement with Virgin America. I learned in Las Vegas after claiming injury checking my bag that they do have an arrangement, and that agent just didn't know about it. Kayak should never have allowed me to book a ticket where I had to re-check my bag and go through security again without a big warning, so I'm unhappy about that. Additionally, it seems like Sun Country needs to get his ducks in order regarding baggage agreements. The change in Las Vegas was stressful and involved switching terminals as well – not ideal."

No explanation whatsoever was given about what was going on. The aisles on the plane were so narrow that I could just barely roll my carry-on bag down it. The head of the guy sitting in front of me was almost in my lap. I couldn't even lower my tray table all the way down to a flat position to set my beverage upon because his seat was so close to mine. When the flight was almost to its destination, we had to circle the airport for awhile because Obama was landing at this time too. We were never told of this possibility until it actually happened. Why not ? We arrived about an hour and a half later than our scheduled time. With all these inconveniences to us, absolutely nothing complimentary was given to us passengers to make up for their incompetence and how our travel plans may have been disrupted. This was a bad experience and my last with Sun Country."

Cons: "Being in that seat for 3.5 hours was the worst thing I have ever experienced on an airplane. I think I pinched the Vagus nerve in my abdomen and almost passed out on the airplane. I somehow was able to tell my wife that I needed help, she asked for water, they told me it would be $3 and I told them that I needed to go to the bathroom fast because I was very ill. Made it to the flight attendant's seat by the bathroom and sat there for a minute, then was able to open the bathroom door. Sat on the floor of the bathroom for about 5 minutes and was 100% better. Didn't even need to vomit because my circulation seemed to normalize after getting out of that horrible seat. Imagine - sitting on the floor in the tiny bathroom was more comfortable and actually cured me. They get one star out of 10 from my because they gave me free water. Otherwise it would be zero."

But 4 hours later, they cancelled it due to mechanical problems and they had no other planes to make the trip. Never use them again. Everything is a cost, luggage, tickets, carry ons and so on, so you end up paying the same if not more. Booked on Delta last minute at an additional cost to us but we had reservations already booked. Good lesson learned .... DO NOT use them. You will be much better off with another airline."

Cons: "My Friday 2:31 flight was cancelled. The soonest they could get me to Vegas was 12:49 on Saturday. A short weekend away just turned into a shorter weekend. Spirit would not refund for Hotel or Show tickets that I was unable to attend due to their flight cancellation. Nor would they refund me for the $9 long term parking bill I accrued for standing in their cancellation line for 2 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon."

Pros: "I was very skeptical and concerned that I would "get what you pay for" with Spirit, given some recently publicity about customer satisfaction, but I found it equal to, if not better than, all my other flights with Delta. It helps to go in knowing a few things (like always book your bags with you initial flight booking), but both our flights were on time (or early), no lost luggage and nothing to complain about. I will definitely be flying Spirit again."

Cons: "Cancelled due to understaffed No hotel offered had to get my own Stuck in Minneapolis for 2 days Lost out on non refundable hotel in Vegas Lost out on $1500 reservation that was a no show No help whatsoever with anything Ruined my New Years and will never use again"

Cons: "Seats much too small for grown-ups. They didn't honor my pre-paid suitcase fee. Nowhere did they warn us the suitcase weight limit was 40 lbs instead of the standard 50 lbs. All in all a fairly unpleasant experience. More information about the add-on fees might help with their customer service. The delays (waiting for flight crew for a different airplane) probably could have been avoided."
