After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process."

Further, the flight was 1/3 empty and had plenty of overhead space even once the plane was completely boarded. I am sorely offended based on the discrimination I suggested simply because I am short of stature."

They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."

Frontier's goal is to find anyway to get additional money from you and they stick it to you. In the end, we paid $200 more for this flight than if we had flown Southwest or JetBlue. I understand that budget airlines remove amenities to help control the cost of the flight. However, this experience felt more like buying a used car from a second hand car lot. The staff seemed to delight in finding ways to get more money from you, everything about the experience screamed cheap, and in the end, I paid more in extras than I did for my tickets! Pass this one over if you are looking for a cheap flight."

The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you said it was carry-on". It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises. Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons."

We were completely mislead about baggage checking costs, seating costs, etc. absolutely horrible. Never, ever again will we fly Frontier."
Cons: "The way people jostle to get off cutting in front of you If the crew would remind people to wait their turn when deplaning it might help"
Cons: "Delays, hidden fees, poor AC (1 person passed out both flights I as on), tray tables are a joke, seems the crew doesn't want you to carry anything on even with plenty of room, ONLY three complimentary items: water, the cup for the water, and the napkin under the cup. I've flown on a bunch of airlines and am pretty easy going, but Frontier is a never again airline."

Cons: "Paying for a carry 40 EACH trip on i thought was a little too much also they dont have any tv on the plane, didnt have enough beverages when i asked them... Would i recommend them again? Maybe . You end up paying the same as if you were flying with jetblue and delta... So"

Cons: "This airline is terrible - the seats are supremely uncomfortable and they charge for everything - even to carry on a bag! I didn't know that before this trip, but I will never fly Frontier Airlines again"

Cons: "When I checked in for my flight, the website said I would be three hours delayed. Later in the afternoon I just happened to check my flight status again and my flight time had been pushed forward causing me to rush out the door with less than one hour to make my flight. I barely made the flight but once I was seated we were delayed again. I did appreciate that we were given updates on why we were delayed however."

Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"
