Pros: "Jetblue has consistently provided a great package. From efficiency, cleanliness and employee helpfulness. I trulyblu enjoy flying with them."
Cons: "Jetblue's concourse @ EWR could use a little love. But then again, I feel the entire airport could use some love...."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very friendly, and the TV's were working on the flight (did not on the flight from FLL/EWR)."
Cons: "Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the crew was attentive"

We waited close to five hours at the airport to go to Fort Lauderdale Florida which is only a two hour flight."
Pros: "The boarding was very quick and easy, the crew were very pleasant and helpful, and I felt safe the entire flight. We arrived 30 minutes early!"
Cons: "I wish there was more snack selection and a little more room in the sides (this I understand can’t be helped, but that is just my opinion). Other forms of entertainment, such as magazines or newspapers, even if outdated, would be a nice alternative for those who do not wish to purchase headphones."
Pros: "gate staff were accomodating, flight landed on time."
Cons: "Crew were rude and intimidating to a family with kids, including calling my wife a liar in front of them! Unconscionable. I thought JetBlue advertises unlimited snacks, but my daughter was told 'you've had enough' when she went for seconds. Our TV sets didn't work. Our baby spilled some chips and as the flight attendant passed he looked at us and said loudly 'I wonder who made this awful mess'."

I am a medical student, I had an exam the next day and this really made me livid because out of all the airlines, I chose jetfblue because I knew I could count it. I guess I can now say, every airline has screwed me over."

Pros: "Extra legroom"
Pros: "JetBlue gave each passenger a $150 credit"
Cons: "The plane was delayed by 5.5 hours. We had a 6:45 pm reservation that didn't leave till 12:15 AM. We got home Monday morning at 4 am. Normally it wouldn't be "terrible" but my son was starting a new position that Monday. I learned my lesson, don't book the last flight out. I just don't understand why they didn't get new equipment and a new crew sooner. As it was they had to fly in a different plane in and flew up a crew from Ft. Lauderdale who flew us home to Ft. Lauderdale. I'm still not sure what caused this problem."
Cons: "Wheel chair and access boarding needs to be improved....especially since yo have to climb stairs.....more time is needed."
Pros: "More leg space"
Cons: "JetBlue make me pay extra $20 for more leg space and early boarding and guarantee to find space in overhead bin for cary on. The leg space was good. The boarding was bad. Instead of early boarding I was about the last person to get on board. There was not enough room in the overhead for my cary on. The depart room at the airport was over crowded and for that reason extremely dangerous in case of fire ore some other disaster. People for different flights where in the same room and did not understand this which gave problems at the boarding pass counter control. There is lots of room for improvement. But I am most frustrated about promise JetBlue make about early boarding and not doing this. Thanks, Cornelis de Gier."
Cons: "Better maneger in counter of Dom Rep at that time Morning saturday 19 august 2017"
