Pros: "Boarding was quick."
Cons: "Seats were so thin and stiff, and no seating in the boarding gate. Seemed unorganized."
Cons: "The airline delayed flight from 7:45 pm to 1:20 am, then canceled the flight at 8:30 pm. I paid $600 for a Delta flight to get out of the city the next morning. Frontier offered reimbursement of $400, which barely covered the initial flight. The airline offered a hotel stay at a less than desirable hotel. I had to book a hotel at my own expense. I will not fly Frontier again."
Pros: "Spirit Airline Flight crew was pleasant and professional."
Cons: "Atlanta Hartsville TSA was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. As an Active Army Senior Non Commissioned Officer of 21 yrs I traveled quite a bit within the United States and overseas, and I have never witnessed or experienced a TSA/ security crew as unprofessional as the Atlanta Hartsville crew. They talked down to the customers and have no regards for customers with special circumstances. I was personally not affected but what I witnessed was the disgusting. I highly recommend that the Atlanta TSA be inspected/assessed on their customer service. Yours, 1SG Maurice Carter 315-262-3209"

Cons: "The poor way they handle things when the system goes down"
Pros: "What was great about the frontier experience? Absolutely nothing. Fly at your own risk."
Cons: "What was wrong? 1. Bait and switch you into a cheap fight that ends up costing over twice as much as the original booking. 2. Inability to speak with a human being over the phone regarding your flight. Finally: the only human beings at Fronontier to whom one could speak were very cruel, narcissistic, and put me in mind to never consider Frontier Airlines ever again."
Pros: "They gave me a 150$ Voucher but how will I use it. I don't live around the area"
Cons: "I did not fly"
Cons: "Flght was delayed by 3 1/2 hrs with no compensation whatsoever"
Pros: "Speedy boarding"

Pros: "A small back of Pritzel and cup of water would be nice ."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "The amount for a soda"
Pros: "Every time I fly frontier, there's always a problem with the plane. This time they have people working in the cabin trying to resolve an issue that is delaying us. It's always something with this airline. I am going to stop flying with them."
Cons: "Nothing good about this service"
Pros: "Great service in flight. I received a row to myself!"
Cons: "Seating was very close together not a lot of legroom on economy."
Pros: "Staff had a very personal and friendly way of dealing with the passengers! All passengers were personally guided to their seats. VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!"
Pros: "Very poor customer noservice"
Pros: "The staff was friendly."
Cons: "We couldn't leave our gate for over an hour due to a computer issue. It was an early morning flight and had to go hungry since they didn't even offer peanuts."
Pros: "I like that I finally returned home finally the following day, however, I had to purchase a rental car and hotel an additional day for my inconvenience."
Cons: "During boarding on the original day of return back to Atlanta, the rep that was boarding the passengers closed the gate earlier than 10 mins so before I could return from the restroom she closed it. I was within the 10 min timeframe because I returned back to the gate at 5:34 am and the flight was scheduled to depart at 5:45 am. The plane/crew/passengers were still sitting at the gate so it was an inconvenience."
Pros: "I like the fact that I was a really really smooth flight. The attendants was pretty cool, very professional. I was able to get a seat in the front row which was super awesome."
Cons: "What was really a bit upsetting for me was, when I went to check in at the front desk, the airline attendant was helpful and very professional. My boarding pass did not have the gate number printed on it, and I didn't even notice it until I got passed TSA. I felt like it was the attendant responsiblity to make sure everything on the boarding pass was correct, and my reason for saying so is I was too busy or focused on getting to security and thinking about the rest of my travel. it was just my luck that I remember to check my online itinerary that was sent to me via email to see the gate number. I know this may not be the airlines fault, but On my flight we left ahead of time and landed super on time, but still spend almost an HOUR!!! due to some maintenance issue at the gate in Atlanta. It was an horrible experience, I had a meeting I was suppose to be at at 8am. Everything was going so right with the flight I felt like I was going to make it. I just felt that the entire situation could have been handle a bit better :("
Pros: "Nothing at all and I really don't complain but this was very Un acceptable. I'm retired military and law enforcement now lost for words"
Cons: "They lost our luggage paid luggage fee now no luggage flew for military funeral no uniform shoes now......funeral within 12 hours . Can not wear uniform.... not happy haven't heard from them. But they did give us a toothbrush and toothpaste for one person..."
Pros: "It was comfortable and fast. From now on I would rather fly than drive."
Pros: "This is my return flight. The cost of the flight was something like $90 round trip from ATL to orlando international. No brainer. I'll take it."
Cons: "After spending $90 on the flight I got to check in the day of and find that it is going to cost me $40 down and back to bring a CARRY ON. I then find some fine print that says how to get around the $80 round trip fee. Get a carry on that fits under the seat in front of you. So I pack in a small backpack that can "fit under the seat in front of me" and have less clothes than I want for my trip but am able to offset the almost 100% increase in cost. They didn't appear to care that people had carry on at the terminal despite saying it was going to cost way more to check at the terminal than online. So some people had paid, other didnt. That seemed to irritate some of those who had paid as we talked about this with other people on the flight. I probably could have brought a full size carry on and not had to pay for it, but who knows. On our way back, we were 30min early on 5:45AM flight from ORLANDO, GREAT RIGHT?...but because Frontier did not have their act together, there was no terminal for us to unload from. We actually then waited on the tarmac for over an hour waiting for Frontier to back a plane out that was not even flying until later that afternoon. Our seats in our row did not recline back. I dont know if that was part of the low budget thing or something was broken. We were not in front of an exit row. There was not actually a button to push, so I assume it was part of the low budget thing and they just don't recline. On check in, more cost issues come up - pick a seat...not just a seat for things like extra leg room or up front. They will make you pay for a middle seat next to the toilet if you want it. No one wants that seat, but if you want to sit next to the people in your party, you are going to have to pay for it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I was going to give it a little bit of a slide b/c I knew that it was a budget airline, but, after all the nickle and dime issues, when we had to wait for an hour on the tarmac, I blew an internal fuse and just made my overall bad experience, worse."
Pros: "The staff is amazing and very friendly, first time flying frontier"
Pros: "Frontier airlines is horrible. The seats are so uncomfortable and the ladies that work on the plane are so rude. Each time the pilot make a elevation change it was sudden and it felt as if the bottom was dropping out of the plane. I will never fly Frontier Airlines again"
Pros: "the flight was short and sweet, slept through the whole thig"
Cons: "Drink prices are terribly pricey and the seats arent comfortable, but you cant beat a cheap quick flight!"
Pros: "Very good!!"
Cons: "Monster brat screamed the whole way. Parents shrugged because "it would be wrong to discipline the little darling". Most of the passenger wanted to throw the brat and breeders overboard!"
Pros: "The crew was very warm and friendly. They truly made it an enjoyable experience."
Cons: "I was a little dismayed to see that I would be charged for a carry-on bag. To carry on one bag round trip would cost me $80, when I only paid $60 for the entire flight."
Pros: "I travel monthly and have found an airline that fits my budget, friendly, and delivers overall great customer service from the entrance to the the exit!"
Pros: "The crew member giving safety instructions was a rookie. However the other crew members were quick witted made us laugh."
Cons: "The extra fees just kept rolling in! By the time I covered baggage cost and picking seats and buying snack I could have flown first class on another airlines! I will never fly this way again. The seats are like lawn chairs, the trays are metal slabs too small for anything and everything on the plane is noisy! We had a child who would not quit playing with his tray or arm rest. Pinging or crying all the way to Atlanta. Bellowing not just crying! Yes, I have children and yes I know how hard it is to fly with a small child. But not once did his mother make him stop! My teen had her first flight anxiety attack due to the consent pinging, crying and the scary flying maneuvers from the pilot. Never flying Frontier again!"
Pros: "Price listed on Expedia"
Cons: "Add on charges that made Frontier much more expensive than other airlines. I won't make that mistake again."
Cons: "WiFi and charge ports for my phone"
Pros: "The comfort and the professionalism"
Pros: "The crew was very nice and friendly aboard the plane."
Cons: "Upsells. Upsells. Upsells. It started when I found there was a charge to choose your own seat. Then there were the bag fees. I expected the checked bag fee but they actually charge MORE for carryons. Then when we got to the airport there was a weight charge on top of that. Then, once on board there was a charge for a drink. EVEN WATER. The plane was new, but the seats were hard with little padding and don’t recline at all. Forget about using the tray table, it’s just big enough to set most modern smartphones on. If you buy spirit thinking it was a d al like I did, you will be disappointed. All the fees we ended up paying put the cost above what it would have been to fly southwest."
Pros: "THIS AIRLINE IS THE WORST EVER.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR MY MISTAKE WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN"
Cons: "SPEND THE MONEY AND FLY DELTA OR SOME OTHER AIRLINE"
Pros: "AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT A COST. AFTER EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOU ONLY SAVE ABOUT 100 BUCKS SO FLY DELTA"
Cons: "EVERYTHING. EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE IN LINE AT ATLANTA AIRPORT."
Cons: "They were not ready at all"
Pros: "Window seat"
Cons: "Late take off, uncomfortable seats, it took about 20 minutes after landing to get off plane, lights went off while trying to get off plane."
Pros: "All Spirit personnel I came into contact with were extremely helpful and courteous."
Cons: "The weather was awful and turbulence really bad but none of that is the fault of Spirit, just the way it is. I know everyone was inconvenienced by the delays but couldn't be helped."
Pros: "The customer service team"
Cons: "The 40lbs luggage that it's only allowed. It should be 50lbs like the rest of the airlines. I had to pay extra because I thought it was 50lbs not 40lbs."
Cons: "No one at check in deck.extra paid for fast check through , but did not work.had layover in Atlanta, but did not know if we had to change planes or what."
Cons: "I haven't flown in a while, but paying for any carry-ons, $55/bag or $100 if the plane is boarding and you didn't know. What a joke. Then $3 for soda on the plane. These people need to make their cost structure more transparent, it is basically dishonest the way they hide in the fine print. In addition, I had three people tell me I was fine, wouldn't have to pay the carry-on upcharge because of the size of my bags. Once I got to the gate... $55. Never, ever, will I fly Spirit again."
Pros: "All those fake charge offerings -- then find mout you have to buy a seat, buy carry-on lugage, etc. -- plus, you find out a boarding pass that des not scan at TSA security and you have to go all the way backm to then ticket counter to print out another one.."
Pros: "Lost me at check in."
Cons: "They charged me $55 each way for a carry on bag, what a joke!!! Get you to buy a ticket, then cover the cost with $110 carry on bag fee, Really??? I will never use the airline or discount travel agency again! Talked to three other passengers that feel the same way."
Cons: "Three lanes for agents to check in. One lane had 2 agents then 3 agents. The middle lane had an extremely slow agent that was shared with the last line who had their own agent as well.. Middle lane was a catastrophe as a result. Took 40 minutes to check in with only 10 people ahead of me with 5 of them being one group. I mentioned the problem 3 times to an employee standing there viewing the lines getting longer and longer. She did nothing about getting the middle line some help. She made it worse by feeding another line to theslowmiddle agent. Spirit airlines does not need to reinvent the wheel. One line accessing all agents works!! It really does!!"
Cons: "$50 luggage charge was disgusting."
Pros: "That the plane was really on time."
Cons: "No good service. Service try to sell you overpriced snacks and drinks. Carry on bags $55, Drop off bags $52."
Pros: "Cheap flights. No delays."
Cons: "Have to pay for everything, I couldn't even get a cup of ice without buying a drink. Was sat in the back of the plane in the center because i didn't want to pay extra for a closer seat. Boarding was alright, no issues there. I'm a bit larger guy so seats were super small and I was sat next to an even larger guy. So I was super uncomfortable."
Pros: "Price, new plane and early arrival."
Pros: "We were in a line to check in our luggage for an hour, plus they charge you for everything. Overly priced."
Cons: "I think they put the most lethargic rude people in check in. Bag drop is anything but."
Pros: "1st row seating"
Cons: "Baggage fee limitations"
Cons: "I was charged $65 for a carryon that was an inch too large to be personal. Ridiculous"
Cons: "Check in online and exobirent baggage fees of $50 ."

Cons: "Seat don't recline"
Pros: "Easy check in"
Cons: "Last minute gate change"
Pros: "Not much, first impression is the POOR, subpar customer service wen getting your boarding pass it sours the rest of the experience."
Cons: "1. Baggage fee 2. Subpar customer service 3. ground team seem very inept"
Cons: "Las sillas súper incomodas"
Pros: "This airline gave me the first time that a plane left on time. I have never in my 64 years witness such a feat and I travel a lot. I will be traveling on Spirit more often."
Pros: "Left early landed early."
Cons: "You don't even get a bag of chips or water."
Cons: "Worst customer service I've ever received. Will never fly with spirit again."
Pros: "I got home"
Cons: "Not used to no service"
Pros: "Love the customer service and the ease of get if on plane"
Cons: "My check bag in was expensive. Staff unprofessional"
Pros: "Everything was great! Stuff was really sweet and helpful."
Cons: "They nickel and dime you for everything..45 dollars for a carry on. That's ridiculous! I'll be sticking to Southwest. They have great customer service and you get 2 free checked bags and no fee for a carry on."
Cons: "We left late and uncomfortable seating"
Cons: "Only give 7 dollar for food. All restaurant cost more for a meal. Plane was delay 5 hour."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. Sat on Tarmac for half an hour waiting to get off the plane."
Pros: "Incredibly long delays. Ruined my day and others because I was late."
Cons: "Terrible airline"
Pros: "Had all sorts of issues and questions. Your website ks not user friendly (spirit airlines). I wont use spirit again. I want a real person to speak to. Also, customer reps at Orlando for spirit did not speak or understand clear English. That simply should not ever be the case in the United States. It caused us to be further behind. All kiosk were out of order as well."
Cons: "cancel flights"
Cons: "Hidden fees and charges made this more expensive in the end than other airlines, but had no frills, either."
