Cons: "Plane was a bit dirty from quick turnaround service. Crumbs on all my row, window smudged with who knows what. My Lysol wipe came in handy."

Pros: "Crew was super pleasant and chipper. Passengers seemed to have a handle on how to board in a timely manner."
Cons: "Management could schedule time for maintenance software updates so as not to affect departure time. We were 20 minutes delayed."

Cons: "The baggage check in in Orlando airport was horrible. They had one person checking pre paid bags. There was no direction from your staff making people aware of which line they needed to be in. Due to lack of direction the baggage check took 45 minutes. This seems a bit extreme."

No alternative flights were available, so we had to book on another airline and cancel the Spirit tickets. The credit policy is draconian. We may not be able to meet the redemption requirements and will probably lose the entire value. The process created so much frustration and wasted so much time. The low-ish price is simply not worth it."

Nit clear how these bigger bags are allowed when it's obvious they exceed limits. My wife and I worked hard to get 5 days of clothes in the small bags. No one was checking bags size that appeared close to limits."

REALLY? What on earth did I pay for to begin with? If you're going to be like that, put all those things in big font on your booking page so that people don't get caught off-guard. Oh, I'm sure you have it on your website, in some tiny print that no one sees"
