Cons: "We kept on being told that there was going to be turbulence and that it would be too rocky to serve food/drinks - but there was limited turbulence and the flight was very smooth. There was also a delay in leaving as there was an extra bag in hold but they 'couldn't find it'."
Cons: "The tv in front of us was not working and neither was the WiFi on our phones"
Cons: "United is one of two major carriers that flies into my airport. I wish I wasn’t stuck with choosing them because 75% of the time that I fly with them I’m often delayed. Last night I didn’t get home until 12:30am because of constant delays and this is a recurring issue with United. Their reliability is incredibly poor."

Cons: "It would have been great if a movie was provided."
Pros: "No one sitting next to me."
Cons: "I need more room."
Cons: "Didn't maker it to our destination."
Cons: "Boarding at Dulles was stupid. The line for 1st class and Premier was against the wall, so these passengers had to fight their way through the lines for passengers in sections 3,4,5 just to get to their line. It would make more sense to have groups 1 & 2 in lines which face the door, and keep the lines for 3,4,5 as they are--that is, parallel to the wall. Or, have the lines in the opposite order, so that 1&2 are closest to the concourse, and 5 is next to the wall I actually felt sorry for these 'privileged' passengers who had to fight their way through the other boarding lines just to board when their section was called"
Pros: "Quick easy trip"

Pros: "Worse experience ! I will never use united anymore ."
Pros: "Nothing. Smelled and looked like death. Got better service from zombies."
Cons: "Worst service from an airline and 3rd party vendor. I couldn't believe the level of disorganization from their "core" team. I will NOT ever use this service and especially not the American airlines staff, crew or phone staff. This did not only affect my day poorly, but also impacted my family and disrupted my finances. This will not be the last time you hear from me I was very unimpressed."
Cons: "Room for sitting."
Pros: "Flight was on schedule and I was upgraded to an economy plus seat."
Cons: "One of the crew members seemed a little hassled. The carryon/overhead luggage situation is getting totally out of hand,"
Cons: "I checked and paid for my luggage and alpt of peoe with carry on luggage had theirs checked for free. Totally unfair"
Pros: "Flight departed on time and landed ahead of schedule."
Cons: "United baggage check in at Orlando Airport was chaotic with huge crowds, inattentive United staff ignoring passengers, and a baggage conveyor belt that was broken down."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "The flight attendant appeared rude and obtuse. acted like she was doing the customers a favor, not good at all"
Cons: "After spending $3000 on two first class tickets- my fiance was sent to urgent care and we were unable to make our flight on time. Customer service told us that they were unable to re-book us without a fee and even then they couldn't honor the tickets until 3 days later. This was frustrating given that there were numerous first class tickets available on various third party sites and united.com that would have been able to get us there the next day. Long story short I spent another $2300 to book a new flight with delta and I will never use United ever again."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Paying for entertainment and WiFi. Wasn't allowed on this particular flight. Had to fly to San Francisco, then Seattle overnight"
Pros: "The crew on the plane was excellent. Handled communication and our delay very well. Things changes once we were off the plane."
Cons: "Technical difficulties happen but once we had to deplane the communication has been about non-existent. I'm just glad that I don't have to get a boarding pass for a connecting flight like a lot of others on the flight."
Cons: "Almost two hours late"
Cons: "One super rude flight attendant made this trip very mediocre. Not nice or patient with kids. Felt like her only job was to roam the aisle yelling at everyone especially kids to cover there noses. It was a night flight and she was even waking up 2 yr olds and making them mask up. Ridiculous!"
Cons: "They didn’t offer any food or drinks they could of pre-package snacks and water for the passengers."
Cons: "Gate agents didn’t call nor enforce any kind of boarding order other than preboard for military/disabled"
Cons: "Have more than one person working the counter at the Orlando airport. I boarding was a nightmare. Also, the plane landed over an hour ago and we have not been able to get off due to the Denver airport not being aware of the size of this plane. This has been a poor customer service experience overall."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "quick and easy boarding and disembarking, great pricing"
Cons: "reclining seats"
Cons: "Seats"
Pros: "Frontier was smooth and efficient, didn’t have any issues."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The seats were so in comfortable and made my back hurt"
Pros: "We arrived in Denver 44 minutes early!"
Cons: "Seats were not the most comfortable. No charging jacks that I could find."
Pros: "Notbing"
Cons: "We cancelled our trip because frontier was buckle and dime us. Everything cost. Seat. Drink. Luggage. I will never recommend frontier."
Pros: "Smooth and really fast way to get to Denver"
Cons: "A little bit of a crowd at the entrance of the gate. Otherwise everything was excellent."
Pros: "It was cheap"
Cons: "You're charged for everything. When checking in you have to pay for your seats... what's the point of spending $350 on a ticket if you have to spend another $60 on your seat. What was the ticket for?"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, they didn't recline and there was no cushion for your head with the little side pieces so you could sleep."
Cons: "Delay"
Pros: "Got me where I wanted to go,"
Cons: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. Thank you for reading this long note."
Cons: "I had to pay for a carry on! I had to pay $3 for a warm can of soda! The lady working the desk that I paid for me carry on was the rudest airline employee I've ever spoken too. When I told her that it was crazy that I had to pay $45 to carry-on a bag that every other airline I've ever used would do for free she responded, "You're lucky I don't charge you $60.""
Pros: "The cheap price."
Cons: "The seats and spacing of are very uncomfortable. The seats do not recline and the "tray" table is a joke."
Pros: "The staff was nice and there was zero issues getting on and off"
Cons: "Frontier is the most upcharging, greedy, uncomfortable flights i have ever flown on."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The seats were very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Seats to hard for people with replacement hips, no leg room, won't be traveling on frontier again would rather pay more for a comfortable 3 1/2 hour trip"
Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "I the new seats are soooo miserable and that poor excuse for a tray!"
Pros: "I would like to get discount because I used a lot"
Pros: "The. Way it was 10 years ago!"
Cons: "The way it is and has been the last several years!"
Pros: "the price. Staff are lovely. laughed at the mini-tablet sized "tray table.""
Cons: "Pity anyone over 5'7" or overweight -- least legroom I have seen on an airline to date. I would fly again squashed on a plane... but I would tell most men, there is no room for them. DVT waiting to happen."
Cons: "Hard seats, cramped legs, cattle car atmosphere. The sales pitch for the card at was down right annoying. Won't fly frontier again if I can help if."
Pros: "And they charge for soft drinks and all luggage. All in all Frinyier is a expensive with all their charges as Delta without the better seats, free entertainment, and soft drinks. I won't use them again."
Pros: "The staff was nice but very disinterested in their job."
Cons: "There was NO entertainment, the only food was trail mix for over 3 dollars (and 3 dollars for a can of juice), I was in the middle seat so I was cramped between two other grown adults. I was also lucky enough to have a child sitting behind me who enjoyed kicking my seat and slamming her tray table up and down. Its obvious this airline cares more about money than the comfort and quality of their flights."
Cons: "The plane landed early so we waited on the runway for our gate, and then the bags still took over an hour to arrive at baggage claim once we reached the gate."
Cons: "Seats have very thin padding and very hard. Zero entertainment and the seating areas are too tight to open up your laptop (to watch a movie) When I added my baggage costs (carry on bags are charged too!), and seat selection costs, the total airfare wasn't cheaper than other, more comfortable flights!"
Cons: "Small seats hard to get comfortable also drinks are not complimentary $1.99 for a coke? Ridiculous"
Cons: "Never again. Dried vomit on seat in front of me."
Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Nice plane."
Cons: "Everything has a price. No complimentary drinks not even water or snacks. Also a $40 charge for one checked bag."
Pros: "None of it"
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable. Late leaving, late arriving. Pay for snack and food?"
Cons: "Couldn't insure a seat next to my FOUR YEAR OLD without paying extra. No comp beverage No comp snack Seat tray was to ridiculously small."
Pros: "NOTHING."
Cons: "Frontier is awful. The worst, cheapest, crappiest airline in the business. I will never fly them again, and will discourage anyone and everyone I know to do so, as well. Not even a free water or a free carry on. The absolute worst."
Pros: "The fact i got from point A to point B"
Cons: "The fact I had to sit for an hour in Denver after we landed cuz they had for wait for us to get.a spot to park the plane completely unacceptable and there was no complementary snacks of drinks and major rip off will not be using this airline again"
Cons: "There was one person helping the Bag Drop line and 3 people for the Check In line. I waited one hour in the Bag Drop line while the Check In line breezed through people. The one woman in bag drop was clearly unhappy and it showed. At least, give an option to get WiFi on the plane. You used to have TVs and comfortable seats. Such a bummer. Frontier was my favorite and my kids but after three bad trips in a row I will never fly them again...and I tore up my Frontier credit card - the miles are not worth it. So sad to see an airline go downhill so fast."
Cons: "I hjave never flown on an airline thaty charges you for drinks and snacks"
Cons: "Seats small;didn't recline;small tray table was useless"
Pros: "Frontier got me to my destination safely. That's it. Frontier got me to my destination safely. That's it."
Cons: "EVERYTHING!!! Not enough ticket agents. Worst airline ever!!!!"
Cons: "ONE AGENT at the Ticket counter, and ONE AGENT helping her, sauntering on the floor with 2 ladies' 'carry-ons'? THen the ladies are checking credit cards, something about moving clothes from one cas to another.... I was the Next one in line, WAITING AND WAITING, 20+ minutes, and NOW THE CHECK-IN LINE BEHIND ME IS FULL!!! And these Two AGENTS are still playing with these 2 ladies. (I dare say the race card was played here!) THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THE OTHER AGENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET BEHIND THE COUNTER AND START 'WORKING'!"
Cons: "5 hr delay with no explanation."
Cons: "Seats are atrocious"
Cons: "Frontier is as crooked as they come....well maybe not as bad as Spirit, but bad none the less. They jacked up my bag fee 3 times in less than 12hrs, took over an hour to get my bag in Orlando and a half hour in Denver, took them at least 10 mins to open the airplane door, I've never waited that long on any plane. Overall experience with Frontier was bad enough I'll pay any amount of money to not get on one of their planes again."
Pros: "We sat in the premium front seats which we will do from here on out. Best seats in the industry for the price!"
