Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.

We did receive a hotel voucher but we had to pay for a taxi back to the airport as well as we had to pay extra for our car that had been sitting in the airport garage overnight. It should have been $2.50, but because it sat in the garage overnight we had to pay $20."

Cost of checking bags or simply bringing a carry on could quickly surpas the price of the plane ticket. It took an extra hour for the flight to depart because of a malfunctioning jump seat, which happens. However, there was no effort made to make it up to us. Then i realized that soft drinks are also an additional fee. That was unbelievable. You all can't even give your customers a 30 cent can of soda as part of their flight purchase or in effort to make up for the avoidable time delay. Also, the flight wasn't even half full. But they crammed everyone together on a few rows in the middle of the plane. Having seat assignments that are more evenly distributed would have been appreciated. And then the seats don't recline! Finally, we arrived to SFO and got dropped off in the intnl terminal, which was fine. But the flight attendant announced that we were in carrasel 6 but failed to mention that it was in a completely different terminal. So half the passengers went to the wrong carrasel just to find out that we had to turn around and go to a different terminal. That too could have been avoided by having proper communication. Seems communication and customer service is not a priority for Frontier."

Did not like being charged $40 per carry on bag - I purposefully packed a small bag so I could carry it on; however, they charged me and my family for each carry on bag. Also, no leg room at all...my knees were against the seat in front of me (I am average size). Will NOT fly on Frontier again!!"
Cons: "A word of caution to anyone flying Frontier airlines. Carry on bags cost $40 each way. Even checked baggage is cheaper at $35. Don't forget to add the extra $70-80 when you see the tickets slightly cheaper online. Plus, it will cost more to select seats to sit together and even the snacks/drinks cost money. I'm shocked I didn't have to pay extra for a pilot."

I did not like the fact that luggage is so expensive to check. I could not believe I had to pay for a seat once I had bought my ticket. I thought that was part of the price of the ticket. I can't fly standing up."

(mine was about 100$ less than other airlines at time of booking) -Then they have you pick your seat (charge) -Then if you want to check a bag (charge) -Then if you want to BRING A CARRY ON (CHARGE) It ended up being way MORE than the other flights I could have just booked on other airlines. (I booked at $220.00 and by the end of my trip spent $373.00 with Frontier) Also, the returning flight was delayed 45 minutes but I received no notifications."

I understand it's more along the lines of weight for the plane and which would affect the amount of fuel but that should all be calculated when they review the passenger manifest and assume that people have at least one carry-on and then adjust fuel accordingly for people who want to bring more than one carry-on. I gave food and entertainment a one star because my flight was a short flight and we didn't get really either of those except having to buy snacks and some soda"

Pros: "When we got to the airport the kiosk was not working, and no one was at the counter. Checked in online, they charged us $45 per carry on (didn't read the small print, because it's so small, and no other airline I've been on charges for carry ons). To check a bag was cheaper, $35 but no one was at the counter. Also, they charged us $20 per seat when we checked in, did not give us the option of a no-charge seat online. (even though we did have tickets) So, I paid an additional $130 for the 2 tickets total. Shabby airline."

Cons: "All the fees that you had to pay - pay for carry on, pay for hecked bag, nothing free given to snack on, the flight attendants were snoody, rude, pushy sales ladies, seats were very uncomfortable. Understand now why they offer low fees because they have cheap, cramped seating, and so they can charge you for everything (soda, snacks, carry ons, etc)."

Cons: "I understand charging for luggage, but they rig it so that it is cheaper to check in a bag than to carry it on (wtf??). This normally is not a problem but both ways to SF they had issues at the baggage carousel and we spent 30 mins waiting. They also add a $13 fee both ways for any seat on the flight, then if you want a special seat with legroom it is $25. To me that should be illegal. You sell me a ticket but I have to pay for a seat? WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN"

Cons: "The $60 charge for carry one that I discovered as I was about to board the plane. In 42 years of travel, never been charged for this. My bag ended up being more expensive than my flight! I thought I had found a $49 bargain flight on Kayak, and it ended up being a red herring. I feel completely ripped off. Not to mention, I saw a member of the flight staff treat 2 passengers ahead of me with very little respect. I was not the only passenger fooled by the carry-on scam. This entire experience with Frontier was like a Quentin Tarrantino movie. Never again!!"

Cons: "First of all, they charged me to check into my flight. My $131 ticket turned into $183 and I hadn't even checked in for the way back. Not only did I have to pay for a seat at check in, but I had to pay $40 to brin a carry on!!!! So what the heck did my ticket pay for?!?! Once I choked down the extra $53, I went to the gate and the flight was cancelled. The gate attendant offered a refund or to put me on a flight the next day. He wouldn't look at other airlines for me. The only nice thing they did was make the refund process easy on the phone, since I had to leave the terminal to find another ticket counter to help me. I will not be flying frontier. Ever."

Then they made us feel guilty looking for us at the security check for holding up the plane, when they sent us away in the first place!! Miscommunication among their crew. We had already bought another fare since try refused to let us board. We got there 30 minutes before departure and they didn't let us board! Even if they saw we had 3 kids with us!! Will never fly with them again anyway, they charge you for everything!"

Simply said, it was strange that there was not a single representative to update the customers with details, and calm angry travelers with schedules to keep."
