Cons: "I paid for a seat upgrade that included "Priority Boarding", For AA, that meant Group 5 out of 9. WTF?? Clearly Bait and Switch - there's a big placard at every AA boarding gate that states: Priority Boarding 1-4 (to the Left) and "Main Boarding" 5-9 (to the Right). Fraudulent, clearly."

Cons: "Because of a mixup, though not of AA doing, I was literally forgotten at the gate. However, AA personnel showed the very best of can-do attitude and got me home for Thanksgiving. I am very proud of everyone working at AA at the TPA airport."

Pros: "Arrived early"
Cons: "Couldn't get movies to play"
Cons: "Middle seat and one of the last ones on. Enough said"
Pros: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."
Cons: "Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags."
Pros: "I made it safely to my destinations and in a timely manner."

Pros: "Boarding process was quick and staff was decent."
Cons: "Tiny seats, everyone was uncomfortable because of this. No in flight entertainment."
Pros: "I flew first class. Philadelphia airport is horrendous. I chose to fly first class to avoid lines and make flying by my lonesome go more smoothly. There are no special lines for first class there are absolutely no perks to flying first class out of Philly. The first class flight attendant was rude. They ran out of hot food by the time they got to me so I was served yogurt ... I don't eat yogurt. I waited 40 minutes for my luggage to arrive at baggage claim. The flight to Philadelphia from Tampa was a good experience. They had first class lines. The airport was cleaner. The flight attendant Steve, was kind and professional. I was served a hot lunch. I'm a diabetic and when my blood sugar went low he got me orange juice quickly. I waited maybe 10 minutes for luggage at baggage claim. However with the horrific experience in Philadlephia I may never fly American again. Definitely will never fly out of Philadelphia again. I was told by the woman who I sat next to on the way home that she hates American and usually flys Delta for her business trips."
Cons: "AVOID FLYING OUT OF PHILADELPHIA!!!"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Pros: "Small seats, no consideration for disabled travelers. Pretzels suck. One 30 min tv show on 2.5 hour flight. No bathroom for handicap. Cheap airfare is the only reason I fly American. One attendant asked me, with attitude, if I was going to get off the plane...before realizing I can't physically walk. Her face turned white as a ghost when she realized what she had said and how she had said it."
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "The flight assistants were nice"
Cons: "The entire flight from Miami to New Orleans, the ac felt like the heater was on. I was sweating and felt nasty."
Pros: "Departure on time, arriving on time. Great flight"
Cons: "American cancelled flight after all day wait because they could not find a first officer."
Cons: "Flight previous day that I was supposed to be on was cancelled. This one was late and there was no sense of urgency by the crew to get back on schedule. I had to run all the way across the Charlotte airport to make my connection. The gate door had already closed (early) but I got someone to open it for me. There was no assistance from the flight crew to help me make my flight. No gate information was announced, etc."
Pros: "How easy it was to board"
Cons: "Not charge us for a soda"
Pros: "Cheap, no frills."
Cons: "Seating family members together, instead of forcing them to pay a "buy your own seat" fee."

Cons: "Paying 45 each way for carryon and seat each way"

Cons: "Never left Tampa three delays had to cancel trip plane Stuck in bad weather up north"

Pros: "On time arrival."
Pros: "Simple, cheap, no complaints"
Pros: "No comfortable setting"
Cons: "Unexceptable service."
Cons: "OTHER AIRLINES HAVE A 50# LIMIT. OUR BAG COST US ABOUT $30 TO BEGIN WITH. THEN THE COUNTER AGENT SAID OUR BAG WEIGHED 48#, WHICH COST US ANOTHER $38. THAT WAS AFTER I STUPIDLY SUBSCRIBED T THE $9 CLUB. KEEP THE MONEY. I WILL NEVER DARKEN YOUR GATE AGAIN."
Pros: "Both pilots going to Tampa and back to Atlanta new how to land the plane properly."
Cons: "That I had to pay $55 both directions for a normal size carry on!!!!! Geez if I would have known I would have brought a backpack or brought nothing with me and bought what I needed when I arrived."
Pros: "Inexpensive, efficient, friendly"
Cons: "Too many flights putting baggage on the same carousel which made it difficult to get to your luggage"
Pros: "I like the low fare."
Cons: "Boarding needs massive improvement; luggage fees are outrageous; if you can put everything in a backpack then it's worth it."
Pros: "The price was best among all available flights from Tampa to Detroit. Boarding was less of a cattle call than on previous Spirit flights, and staff was cheerful and helpful. The plane was clean and we were impressed at how quickly we got from the gate into the air. We actually arrived in Detroit early, which was great."
Cons: "Dislike all the online prompts to buy a specific seat when having purchased a ticket means you've purchased a seat. This is a money-making move by Spirit that no doubt won't go away, but the website should clarify that it's an option to select a certain preferred seat, and that you will be assigned one if you do not purchase a specific seat."
Cons: "Competitors such as JetBlue offer complimentary food and drink, as well as Wi-Fi and TV/Movies. These would be great additions to Spirit Air."
Pros: "My no frills trip was great. Perfect price and no incidents!! Staff was fun and good natured even when they wanted to smack a passenger!!!!"
Pros: "Landing was smoothe"
Cons: "They say they have low fares but that is because you have to pay for literally everything!!!!"
Pros: "Nothing! There was nothing good to say about it."
Cons: "One needs to allow 30-45 minutes to check-in at the counter. Their process is exceptionally slow. The automated kiosk too my credit card to initiate the check-in but would not accept it to pay for the luggage ... so we had to do the process over with the agent."
Pros: "Snacks and drinks should be free to your customers. Also, Over-charging for baggage is a disgrace the way you have it set up."
Cons: "uncormfortable seating"
Cons: "Delayed multiple times and then canceled No good rebooking options provided."
Pros: "Great price and seating"
Cons: "The check in was utterly insane. No organization. Confusing lines. Frustrating and ridiculous. I fly often with American and United. . . they are organized and efficient. This was a nightmare!"
Cons: "The whole experience. I will never use Spirit or Kayak again! Biggest ripoff off companies ever and I nights well include your parent company pricelin!"
Pros: "Liked the convinience of late online buying and fast checkin process."
Cons: "Employee was rude to lady in front me who asked questions when going on the plane."
Pros: "I like Spirit just fine!"
Cons: "The only thing that was not good was the de-planing instructions. They were rushed and not clear. The speaker was probably looking down to read the script, making it difficult for clear speech and good tone."

Cons: "flying to detroit instead of cleveland"
Cons: "Delayed cuz the A/C smelt. Didn't offer us anything."
