Staff was friendly and helpful and understanding that flying and the rules for boarding etc., are something I needed explained to me. I found my gate with no issues, and the announcements of when we would board etc., was clear and easy to understand. Sun County Crew were courteous, and friendly. I wasn't all that hungry and it was not a long flight, but the food choices looked good and reasonably priced. If I fly again I will try to use Sun Country."

It seems like they were doing nothing to keep passengers safe from COVID-19 spread. Compared to Delta, American Airlines was terrifying to fly, I find not feel safe at all."

Cons: "I arrived 35 minutes prior to departure and was told I was too late to board and would have to buy a new ticket to fly the next day. There was no concern whatsover by the customer rep to even attempt to accommodate us. There are too many fees associated with this airline if you're not aware. I will definitely not be flying Frontier ever again amd will recommend everyone I know to stay away as well."

Minimal word was given, at time of boarding they then delayed 30 min, then when that time expired they added another 30. VERY UNORGINIZED, and unprofessional. Terrible service, terrible airline, don't be tricked by 5% cheaper fairs... they suck!"
Cons: "They canceled our flight home from PHX to MSP, they blamed weather in DFW, which is bull, there were many other airlines flying out of DFW that morning. Because they blamed weather, there was no compensation for screwed up schedules. The next available flight was 2.5 DAYS later!! no other options, it was ridiculous... they were no help to get rebooked on another airline, or even driving to another airport... horrible all around. We ended up driving to Mesa Gateway, flying Alegiant Air to Fargo, renting a car, driving 5.5 hours back to MSP to get our car, then 2.5 hours home again. But it's all good, Spirit refunded that leg of our fare... $220... we spent over $750 to get home by 1am, when we should have been there by early afternoon. DONT EVER FLY SPIRIT - THEY'RE THE WORST..."

Cons: "To start the flight was overbooked and they needed several volunteers to stay behind for an alternate flight and there were many passengers upset with this. After we finally boarded we were already 30 minutes late, then sat at the gate another 20 minutes before being pushed back. We then sat in line almost 1 1/2 hours for our turn for deicing and it looked like several other flights got to jump in front of us. After that was done there was a malfunction with some navigation equipment and we had to restart the plane. This did not solve the problem so we had to go back to the gate for a technician to come look at it. We sat there another hour until the problem was resolved. We then had to go through deicing again and finally got to take off over 3 hours late. We should have already landed in our destination by the time we finally took off. At least the captain decided to let us all have complimentary snacks and drinks (which normally don’t come with the flight) because of the long delay. While the flight was less expensive than others, the expensive checked bag fees ($52 each) almost negates the savings compared to other airlines. I’m not sure I will fly this airline again."

I heard about the baggage problem so I did try calling to discuss, even more horrific and couldn't even understand the person so I gave up, oh yeah, took over a half hour to connect to a live person, worst website ever !!!! NEVER would I fly Spirit again !!"

What I didn't care for, but what I now understand is all the extra specific charges they continue to bombard you with are really charges you don't need. Bottom line for me is that I think I spent more money because I purchased other things and the final price that I paid was MORE then my the conventional favored airline! I will fly Spirit in the future."

The ticket appears cheap at face value but they charge more for a carry on than a checked bag and the closer you get to your flight the more they charge you for any and all bags. Be sure to print your boarding pass a day ahead of time or they will even charge you for that! Fly name brand airlines, it will cost the same on the end if not less."

The weight limit was 40 lbs not 50 which was an additional 25 dollars at minimum. Flew with spirit for a discounted flight rate will not fly again because after all the money for bags it cost more than delta which has free bags and complimentary snacks and drinks"

We are only in Arizona for four days and it had everything important in it for us and our baby. The sad thing is that my smaller checked bag was shipped properly but we had nothing important in it.
